Dear Concern

I handover My parcel to the Courier agency Blazeflash Couriers on 7th June2010 and they Commited me and provide Assurance that my Courier is Deliver by 9th June 2010 at "Surya prathibha ,Hno-22 rajindra park Ambala Cantt 133001 " but as till 3:pm my Courier has not reached at the desired Location So i Confirmed the Status on [protected] with TIWARI (Cordinator) he confirmed me that your couried will be reached within 1 hour but as after 1 hour again i call on the same number again he confirmed that it will positively reached by 7pm ,but as confirmed again on next day (10th june2010) again their is no response and after that he handed over this concern to Mr Sachin with mobile number [protected] who is location incharge of touchpoint at vaishali at plot number1008,1009sector 3rd F Vaishali Ghaziabad ,he confirmed to me that Your courier is Misplaced and provide the Number of Mr P.S Tyagi with Mobile number [protected](Regional Manager at Blazeflash courier Limited) after telephonic Discussion of half an hour he also stated that Your courier is misplaced from our side and now we are helpless ??? and provide the number of Miss Ritu which is available on number[protected](Secaratory of Director at Blazeflash courier Limited Delhi Circle )also said that we are unable to Help and your Courier is Misplaced >>>>

Plsss Help . I have spent more than rs 900 in phone call s including courier charges and visiting their Offices and in following up for the consignment but they are so merciless that they do not have any consideration for customer's urgency or their service delay at all. Me & my company’s confidence in BlazeFash has been shatterred and we dare not use its service in near future.By this now they forced me to thin ten times using such courier company This kind of third rate courier service demands customer courts attention which is my next immeditate step.
