[Resolved] Blazeflash courier Ltd — Regarding Non Receipt of Courier | |||
I have handed over documents of my son to courier services M/s Madhav Enterprises, B-4, Data Arcade Station Road, Opp. Hero Honda Showroom, Modren Machinery. 301001. Alwar – (Rajasthan) Tel.[protected] and paid fees vide Receipt No.[protected] dated 01.08.2012 to sent to Mr. Vatan Saini Room No C-204 Nehru Hall IIT Khargpur( West Bengal) . But it is regretted to say that inspite of several phonic reminder the documents has not been received. I have lodged complaint vide No. complaint docket No Alwar-4( Ritu Madam) , New delhi-835 ( Preeti Madam) and Midnapur complaint No 401( Sh. Mukul Ji) . Status of courier is up to Midnapur only. Therefore you are requested to kindly intervene in the matter and take necessary action against defaulter courier agency as I have suffered a lot of loss and mental agony due to negligency of courier service. One document was book under shipper no[protected] on[protected] for Harshit Handicrafts, golimar garden Amer road japur. from Sai Globals, Delhi.
After tracking the document it shows that it was return due to incomplete address. even there was telephone no was written, no one try to call and confirm the address.
Is it good? for your Co.

Blaze Flash Courier — Non Receipt of Courier
Dear Sir / MadamMy client has sent a courier through BLAZE FLASH COURIER containing some urgent insurance premium cheques (POD No. is[protected] on 19th Septemebr, 2009, from Hathras (UP) to Agra (UP).
As per my client, the courier company executive committed that it will reach by monday noon (i.e., 21st Sep 09). When I visited the local office of Blaze Flash Courcer Office (Sanjay Place, Agra), they told me that our courier boy already gone for delivery the packet but the courier is not reached to me till now. I am susprised that the distance of delivery destination is only 3-4 KM from local Blaze Flash Courier Office and courier company is not able to deliver this packet in 24 Hours.
As it is extremely urgent for me because of Insurance Premium cheques & the client policies was expired on 20th Sep 09, So my representative again visited the Blaze Flash local office & I am surprised again that my packet is in the office & as per delivery man he was on leave on 21st Sep 09 & no person gone for delivery the such packet on 21st Sep 09.
So, I request to the concerned officer to take a look into the matter & do the needful.

Courier — non receipt of payment
The two couriers containing pan cards for me and my mother were despached by income tax PAN services unit,pune on 09th Jan.10 through air way bill number [protected] and [protected] of expressit logistics worldwide ltd have not yet been deleivered, Kindly find the status. my consignment no.[protected] booked to darbhanga bihar but your staff had booked to dhanbad jharkhand. i donot know who is responsible for this type of dogness.
