[Resolved] Bluedart — Delivery of Credit Card
To Blue Dart
This is regarding refusal of delivering credit card and usage of harsh language by the customer care person in Blue Dart office chennai and misguidance by delivery executive of blue dart.
The delivery executive came with a delivery package while I was not at home and asked my mom for my id proof and said collect the id proof and will be deliverying the pack next day. Next day while the id proof was shown he gave a slip from Blue dart and asked to call the # 28241234. While i contacted through phone the person who attended the phone was not interested to answer my question and spoke in harsh manner. Finally he said show the id proof of the person who is collecting the card. Next day a delivery executive came and said the person to whom the pack is addressed should sign and get pack and again he asked to called me in the same phone#. While i contacted thru phone who person was not ready to talk and so harsh, and said the pack is retured to the bank if you need you call the bank and get it again. I haven't seen a customer care like this.
I will never use blue dart in my lifetime.
I am planning to call HSBC and cancel my credit card if they are going to deliver through Blue Dart again.
