[Resolved] Bluedart — Delayed delivery | |||
I have purchased sunglass from the Sanpdeal that and that was shipped via bluedart but when I tracked my order ID fake status is displaying that delivered but that product is not delivered. Please give me the bluedart CC no. Was this information helpful? | |||

i sent one tonner box to my office (bangalore)

your pick up person not tell that what is the right way to sent this couirer We sent it on normal mode and your pick up person also take the courier as it's normal mode,
one week back i asked your custmer care person they said the tonner box is damage and then they transer the call to Miss.Nimy(chennai).
on that day she said tomorrow we tell that clearly picture about that but last saturday she sent pickup person to our office that pickup person he is said that letter's security reason only it's very urgent and i want to go early please sign and give this letter fast and that time we are busy,so we can't read the letter put the sign
also this one thing We will make a mistake in our side,
but your company proveing as it's noway to do as it's to replace this tonner
this way to take care the client i thing this not rightway to do this complaint

Bluedart is the ever worst network at jammu they are ever worst service network at jammu they should change the service distribution network at jammu. Look upon the network.
I got the courier confirmation on 25th April and today is 8th may the delivery boys are excusing me we r coming tomorrow from that date and now they are ordering me to collect the same from the office.

I had ordered books from Flipkart.com and paid Rs. 2111/- in advance. This amount covers the price of the items, whereas delivery was supposed to be free. According to Blue Dart, the couriers appointed by Flipkart, the shipment was picked up on 25 October 2011, the day I had ordered and paid for it. Delivery should have been in 3 business days. Today is 7 November, and there is still no sign of the shipment. Following are the details about the delivery according to the website of Blue Dart.

I did not get the package by the time they said and they did some mistake and it has become late and I asked the reason they just kept me in hold and did not respond at all. Sir this is BHUKYA SARITHA my credit card is delivers at bank but iam at home from last 3 months so kindly send it to home address as mention in my address profile

I was consignee to shipment with Blue Dart consignment number [protected]. The shipmet apparently arrived
in Bangalore on 9 feb 2008 but it was not delivered to me until 13 feb 08.
When I contacted the Bangalore office (ph[protected] on 12 Feb 2008, i was told that the address was incomplete and the consignement had no contact number on it and hence could not be delivered. But this was not true, the consignment indeed had complete address and contact number.
However, inspite of me providing 3 contact numbers and details of the route via phone,Blue Dart was too lethargic and irresponsible to deliver it on time.
Infact, only after about 10-15 calls and subsequent threat to sue Blue Dart, was the consignment delivered and that too not at home but at some place about 600m from home
I had to walk up to that place to collect it.
Blue dart claims to be one of the leaders in logistics. Now tell me how can a leader have such an inept delivery service?
Most of all why did Blue Dart have to lie about the address on the consignment being incomplete?
I need some explanation otherwise i am sure that i will not recommend Blue dart to any of my friends.
