I courired my documents through Blue Dart Courier and the address of Courier was Huawei Telecommunications I Co. Pvt. Ltd,14th Floor, Unitech Cyber Park, Tower-C, Sec-39, Gurgaon.122002. and now they made an excuse that the pin code written on address of my courier is incorrect and they delayed the delievery of document which is af.fecting my business need...

My blue dart way bill id is [protected].

I need an explanation from Blue Dart.
Worst courier service ever seen. Even Indian Postal service is far better than Blue Dart Courier.

    But still not received it is second time i am facing this issue.Your ambernath branch is always closed dont pick up the call[protected] My earlier shipment take me 8 days to deliver.I want to know how much days it takes to deliver a product.

    Really very bad service.

      From HDFC Bank, they have sent my TDS certificate through BlueDart on 8th July 2011 with waybill no: [protected] and since I did not receive it till
      July 12th, I inquired about it at customer care center of Blue Dart, they informed me that the courier was sent back to the sender since the address on the
      courier was not complete., there was no house number mentioned in the
      address. From HDFC Bank, I have confirmed it that they have sent the courier on my correct address. As per my request again, Bank has sent it again through the same courier company on 16th with way bill no: [protected] and on 18th I inquired it about it with the courier company. This time I really shocked to hear the same reason from them to not deliver the courier. As per bank, they have given my correct and complete address and the courier company is not willing to disclose what is the address written on the courier. If it happened once, you can understand that there may be some reason but if it happened twice, there is some problem with the courier company. I am receiving all the communications that are send by HDFC bank on my address, I do not know why the courier company is not able to miss my house number from the address always. Even the senior person at courier company is not willing to register my complaint. Bluedart prepares and puts the consignee's address on a slip and pasted it on the envelop and I think, due to clerical mistake they might have missed the house number from the address. I hope, somebody from the company will look into this matter and solve my problem. I need my TDS certificate file my income tax return before July 31st.

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        This is to bring to your notice the repeated mismanagement of courier items by the local bluedart service providers at my address. I am an existing customer of Axis bank ltd. The bank had couriered a cheque and then the details of internet banking process at my address. None of them have reached me. After enquiries at the Axis Bank Golpark Branch I have come to know that the items have been returned to the bank. However I have no clue as to when the courier service had called at my residence since each time they have not bothered to put in the mandatory "Bluedart Called" notice/information to let us know that we had missed a courier. We didnt even know about the courier gone missing till we called the bank. As is evident this has not happened once but twice in succession.

        During this course I have received my cheque book and details of the new account delivered by bluedart. However this time the delivery man had left the documents with the security of the complex and the counterfoil as such definitely does not have our signatures on it.

        This has happened several times in the past also with the delivery man calling only once and then returning valuable documents, not calling at all etc. There had also been an event when I was forced to take leave in order to receive the bluedart courier since the local branch had diligently refused to deliver at a convenient time inspite of several requests. I work at a city hospital and as such do not have the liberty to take leave whenever we are unfortunate enough to have some item delivered by bluedart.

        The local bluedart service providers are unscrupulous, completely unreliable and prone to misbehavior to say the least. So much so that we have since long stopped using the courier service ourselves. But unfortunately Axis bank seems to rely on the very unreliable services still much to our woes.
        I request you to look into the matter seriously. If requierd you may check up the details of the issue with the concerned Bank branch directly since I have also lodged a formal complaint there.

        Thanks for the advice. I have just received a mail from the bank and they have already communicated with the courier service regarding this. I do not have any of the bill nos since the courier did not leave behind any card.

            I bought one USB drive from letsbuy.com which was shipped by them through Bluedart courier vide shipment no. [protected]. As per the shipment status the same was started on 1st July'11 from Delhi and was delivered on 2nd July'11 (saturday) in Noida to some'Mr. Manish Gupta'.

            I had asked for delivery in my office at A5&6, sector-1 noida. My office is closed on saturdays and sundays, but the shipment status had shown that the same was delivered on 2nd July saturday which was not at all correct. this is the shere shot case of non delivery and wrong information.

            For this I had lodged the compaint at customer care of Bluedart vide complaint no. 169630 on 4th July'11 and I was told that the same will be resolved within 24 hours, however, it was not resolved. I was told that the delivery was on correct address, while I dint get the delivery.

            This is such a bad customer service being given by Bluedart. they are updating wrong delivery status without delivering the couriers.

              I beg to say that please do not send any PAN Card through Blue Dart Exp. ltd. Courier specially for Asansol (W.B.). Because this branch has not gave proper service and use bad language. Mostly this branch has kept the PAN Cards one month without any region and everyones tell that the branch said that this is not my service area, and many time said that we have not sufficient staff. So, we could not get proper service. therefor the Income tax and sales tax Assessees are not show there PAN Cards in diffrent areas like Bank, Insurance, Court, Registrar office etc.

                i am the consignee to the awb nos [protected],[protected],[protected] which were supposed to be delivered to me on 29 june but two days have passed and i havent recieved my couriers . when i called their local office they told me our delivery boy is ccoming in the morning and u will get the courier on 30th but he didnt came i agian called them now they told me his delivry van broke down thats why courier couldnt reach u tommorow u will get it .i agian called today now they are telling he is suffering from dehydration its unbelieveble in temprature of 25 degrees how can one have dehydration

                  to whom so ever it may concern. this is to inform you that few of your employees in above mentioned city are involved in not delivering the sunfeast nd vivel magazine's. these magzines came to your saket point and were not delivered to the destinations they were had to be sent.About 30,000 issues of these magazine's were sold to the (kabadi) for there own profit. This thing came out through a personal source. 7( seven) people (employees of blue dart)are involved in it.. 4 ( four) of them are delivery man.
                  i hope that my letter finds some space in your mind. kindly take some serious actions against the people.

                    My Courier Docket no-[protected] has been couriered from gurgaon to patan but bluedart is refusing to deliver it to Patan.Bluedart Gurgaon has changed the pincode of patan-384265 to siddhpur-384151 at the time of receiving the courier but now here from mehsana they are refusing to deliver it to patan by saying that they do not provide the service in Patan district.
                    if it is the case then they should have not accepted the courier.

                        BLUE DART - UNABLE TO DELIVER - VERY RUDE BEHAVIOR.

                        AWB no : [protected] sent on 21st June from Faridabad, not delivered in Bangalore till 27th June.

                        Called blue dart regarding the status and the reply is improper address, i provided the address and telephone no at 3 pm , but blue dart refused to deliver saying they do not have staff.

                        To my horror when i enquire the status of the shipment i found that my consignment was picked up without having consignee's contact no and address....who on earth works like this?

                        Customer service was so rude, when i requested to deliver it to my friend as he was in Yelahanka, BLUE dart asks to send the rubber stamp, how disgusting!

                        Such a pathetic service, do they really understand urgency why people spend so much money to send it courier??????

                        I have not received the documents from my bank. Careless company. Tried calling them no body picks up the phone.

                        I received a message from bank side on 3rd February, 2013 regarding dispatching of courier at my address and today is 13th February, 2013 but no courier received till date. Even though regular follow ups with blue dart customer service center but people not answering the calls or a recorded message pass to us for delivering of packet on between today noon. Its very pathetic for me to call everyday to courier service regarding my courier.
                        I am very depressed to whom i call for my courier packet. Please escalate the matter as some important documents is in the packet which may be lost either misplaced by courier agency. I have no information regading my courier.

                        Hope for your prompt support and quick reply!!!

                          This is the complaint against courier company(blue dart), My courier came for ICICI bank card in Blue Dart on 12-June-2011. I'm following Blue Dart courier member from 14-June-2011 everyday and he is saying your courier will be delivered by tomorrow, tomorrow ...., and today is 21-June-2011 still I'm waiting for my courier. Today I also called the same person on [protected]. but now he is saying your courier has been returned back to company. Is this the way to delivered the courier? , even I have spend my a lot of time only for knowing when you delivered my courier...

                            CITI Bank snd a packet on 08/06/2011 by BLUEDART couriers from chennai to noida nd the courier reach at noida on 09/06/2011,I personally visit to Bluedart courier office but they people treat me like a footbal they rotate me one place to another place.i requested to the manager of the office Mr. Umesh but he is also recomended ne to another person after visiting the the bluedart courier office 6 days daily than they deliver the packet to meon 15/06/2011 with attitude and one more thing i like to share with u that they people not take take the PAN Card,Driving Licence,Voter I.D.as a identity proof it means they over ruled the Indian government rules and regulation.so this is my complaint that if i find the unconvenienc than other person will.Because they ever do what they want ..so please do the needful....

                                Hi, my name is Saumya Srivastava. My credit card was to be delivered on 9th of june by the Blue Dart courier. Then I was been told that I was not available at my office that it why it was not delivered whereas I was at my office. This continued for another 4 days, daily I was been told that your package will be delivered in the respect of PRIORITY. I am literally pissed off by the worst courier service I have ever seen in my life. I am also marking a mail to HDFC not tot send the packages by Bluedart who doesn't understand the meaning of service and urgency. My order no is- [protected]. The branch office where my package will come is in noida sec-63 which is just 10 kms from my office in sec-3. I expect some strict action should be taken in this context.

                                I am very disappointed with the bluedart service. Even a local courier service would be better. These people have taken already 10 days but are not able to deliver the shipment within the city (Gurgaon), yet I havn't received my courier and dont know when I will get it. Even the local courier boy will call before delivering anything or will call if the person is not available at the said address. But these guys dont even bother to call and if I called at the customer care no. those guys are purily lying. One day they said to me that my shipment has been sent back and when the next day I called they told me its still lying with them. Next time I called them to deliver the courier to me they said it will be delivered the same day. But again disappointed. Then today I took leave from office as they said they can only deliver after 10 AM. And today also I called them six times but nothing i got.
                                It contains my Form-16 the most important document for a salaried person.
                                Hopefully in future I would never have to take the service of BlueDart. And also will not recommend this to anyone.

                                  With reference to the above cited subject, we wish to inform you that we have sent the Original documents of the students through BLUE DART Express Ltd., booked at 3rd Block Branch, Jayanagar, Bangalore on 7th June 2011 around 5.30 pm. to Mr. Kaptan Singh, C/o Pawan K. Sikarwar, Hotel Kiran Vila Palace, Near Bird Santuary Gate, Agra Road, Bharatpur, Rajasthan-321001. However, the same has not reached the destination till date. On enquiry we were told that the parcel had reached Delhi and from there it has been misplaced. We have come to know that there is no BLUE DART Courier service in Bharatpur. They are duping customers by carrying out the task through 3rd party. They have concealed the information that they do not have service in Bharatpur.

                                  The said parcel contains important Original documents of the students and their career and future depends on it. We are therefore lodging a complaint of cheating and negligence complaint against BLUE DART courier company who have played with the future of many students.

                                  The Shipment copy bearing No. [protected] dtd 7/6/2011 and Cash Bill No. 386831 dtd 7/6/2011 for your kind reference.

                                  We request you to treat this matter with top priority and take appropriate action against BLUE DART Courier Company as the future of the many students is at stake.

                                    Hi ,

                                    I was expecting a courier from Blue Dart (WayBill no : [protected]) today(6th June 2011) and the website itself said that it was to be delivered by today. I had also recieved a response to my mail from Blue Dart at 11:30 AM in the morning which stated that the packet was already out for delivery.

                                    I did not recieve the packet today and the people at the helpdesk do not have any status updates whatsoever. It took me around 5-7 tries at the helpline number to actually reach an executive which anyway did not help. I wish to get it to the notice of this renowned courier service's officials and would also seek an explanation about the disappointing service that i have recieved.

                                    At times things are important for u and must be delivered in the mentioned time frame.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I wanted to send my photographs (Weight not more than 50 Grams) through Blue Dart Express Ltd as I thought they would have their service in destination city (Darbhanga). The charge that they wanted for the packet was Rs.280/- and they said that for any document less than 500 Grams the rate they charged was Rs.280/-.
                                      Usually Indian postal service charges Rs.25/- for documents having similar weight. The Professional Couriers charge Rs.40/-. DTDC courier service charges Rs.90/- for documents weighning 250 Grams or less.
                                      I want to know if the postal and delivery services charge are regulated or not. If yes why there are such wide variations. If such charges are not regulated then how is the consumer interest protected.
