I never came across in my whole life with such a harsh man serving customers. The corieir deliveryman should atleast smile and introduce himself saying this is the order for Mr. So and So. This man rushed into my office reception and asked the receptionist: "call mr. anil to come with Rs 550" !! Receptionist said several calls made before too, he says "Give us the money then only we will give the parcel' !!! When I presented myself at the reception, this guy is relaxing on the sofa with his face covered with his arms. when i introduced myself, he sits there itself and with other hand he showing signal, as if to "gimme money"!!! Not even a word, just mimics. !! Is it a goonda looting or delivery??? I was there with my wallet opened for paying, but this attitude, for sure brought me down. Then when I took the parcel and said let me see it, he jumped up and hold it saying "dont open"!!... What the hell is this??? Are we looters who wont give money?? I ordered the stuff I need, after knowing its amount and how to pay it... To meet a customer, these fools should atleast be given some kind of training, greet customer, introduce, or atleast present it in a neat way. Everyone at the reception was astonished with this.. I said :"chetta... we even have an option to return this stuff". He took the parcel and said: "Ok return it. Bye" !!! Are you doing a service or should the customer beg at your feet to get the parcel????? To whoever you have subcontracted the delivery, let this be notified. No uniform, no identity card, and not even a polite smile. Leave it all... at least dont piss on the customer... I will never ever be a customer of Bluedart again... this is my final decision.
If you have least concern on a customer, you better axe this guy... or mentor him... otherwise, if he goes to any place other than an office, with this attitude, he surely will gets beaten... It was my goodluck that i was in office... Better not to spoil your fame.. with these kinds of sub-contracted cracks...

Bluedart — No delivery of consignment
I'm so aggravated by their horrible service. I was supposed to receive my shipment on 29/07/2010, but didnt receive it yet. On top of that their customer service people are so much RUDE, literally shouting and arguing with me, that I have to ask for the supervisior and some "Mr. Loknath" attended the phone and told me that i'll get a call back. I waited for 3 hrs and when I called back, their lines were closed for the weekend.They dont have any formal complaint service where we can send an email or something. They just dont know the meaning of customer service. This isnt the first time this is happening, its such a HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
