[Resolved]  Bluedart Express — Non delivery of Credit Card

A packet containing my ICICI Credit Card (Platinum) was dispatched via AW Bill No: [protected] on 24th Jan.This is really disgusting to see that this packet has been returned to destination without making a real delivery attempt. I was out of town for just two days (2nd and 3rd Feb)and they didn't even feel like giving me a call before returning the shipment. It seems that BlueDart has also started giving services like other cheap courier companies.

my credit card dispatched on 30 january but till now not received

Dear all

I think Blue dart are taking granted for the brand they got in the market.. They are just fooling the customers as they like to deliver as per their rules and regulation..

A packet containing myCiti Bank Credit Card (was dispatched via AW Bill No: [protected] on 20th March .This is really disgusting to see that this packet has been retained by them from last 5 days. When i came to know that courier person doesnt want to deliver delibirately at my address after my father had shown all pan card, voter id card, passport to that person . I immediately went to the blue dart office in Himayatnagar, Hyderabad, they confirm that it will be delivered by yest day, not happen i called up call centre for this, they told my house is under construction and they will not deliver, then i ask customer doesnt have right to construct their houses or you will not deliver the doc.. I had spoken to Mr. Balaji who is manager in customer service, i was surprise that he doesnt know how to speak to the customer and arguing with me by keeping the documents and he also threatned me to take action .. What kind service is providing by the Blue dart.. I told him that we are residing at the same address from last 25 yrs and my father was there at the same address where we are construction is going on.. I personally visited the Blue dart office In himayatnagar and paradise office to take the delivery but still they refused to hand over to me..

Blue dart service had come down very badly and i do know they want to deliver the documents to living person or dead person, , When i had shown all docu. what is the problem with Blue dart?? to deliver the doc..I also inform to citi bank regarding this to take action on Blue dart people and confirm me immediately,

I booked a courier to my friend on dt 24/03/09 but till date he didnt recd that
when i go to check from our side local office incharge mukul say it will be deliverd but when i need pod they r refused to give me

Blue Dart — Non Delivery of my credit card

Dear Concern,

My HDFC Credit card is lying with Blue Dart company for delivery for more than 20 days.
My docket no is [protected].

Every time I follow-up for the same, they say that I was not available in my office (delivery address) at the time the delivery boy cam to me to deliver the card But I am comming to my office on daily basis and nobody contacted me till now.

Either their delivery person provides them the wrong information or Blue Dart is not able to coverup all his clients.

Today also I contacted to Ms Kamini in Blue Dart but the same responce which I had 10 times previously!


PLEEEEEAAAAAAASE HELP ME...!

How can the status be delivered when i have still not recieved any delivery. Usually they call when its out for delivery.But this time no call, but ststus says delivered! I have missed something important.Pleasehelp

I have booked pick man from last three days, daily they are giving pickup timing but no one is collecting the courier. my pickup no is 89416 and 74709,
