Bluedart — Not delivering the item | |||
I have a Courier from SBI bank through Blue Dart services.The pickup date is 11 July 2013 from Gurgaon and the delivery date is 15 July 2013 at Sreekaryam Thiruvanathapuram.When i track the Courier in the blue dart's website it is showing that "Consignee Not Available At Given Address Contact Customer Service".When i contacted the customer care they are not answering me in the correctly.They didn't come to my address nor they make any call to me. I inquired about the matter in the nearest Blue Dart hub which is at Kochulloor thiruvanathapuram about 2 km from my address , they are saying that it will be delivered to your address .Also they are not allowing me to take the courier by hand from the hub since it is credit card . Earlier also i faced the same problem and at that time i collected the parcel by hand. Was this information helpful? | |||

Exactly. Worst service. They are the worst franchisee I have ever come across. Keeping my expensive phone on hold. Not delivering deliberately.

Time delay service always delay in delivery. .they never care to call even after having the parcel in their hub. This is the 3rd time I'm facing the same problem .so guys in tvm plz don't make this terrible mistake takin orders thru kochulloor hub of bluedart..
All the other franchise of bluedart are having time definite delivery. This kind of happens only in ulloor hub which is at leela plaza. Terrible experience.
