[Resolved] Bluedart — Product Not Delivered despite requesting again and again | |||
Dear Helper, I ordered a product through online shopping from SnapDeal.com, I have already paid the amount through Netbanking but my product is not being shipped to me. Whenever I contact Snapdeal they say that we have already given it to Blue dart for shipment, and are not helping me much in getting my shipment and say (Pooja from Snapdeal) that Call after 30 minutes. I have contacted Blue Dart and have requested them too, yesterday they replied that they'll ship my product tomorrow (means today), but nothing has happened yet. Their website on Order tracking also mentions that Contact Customer Service and are not clarifying anything to me.
