[Resolved] Bm Services / Samsung — Refused to repair/Refund | |||
Sir/Madam, My samsung F-679 handset (IMEI/RSN No. 12BF97C9) purchased on 17/04/09 got problem in jan 2010. Samsung service center (BM Services ) told me that it will take one week for repair and give me receipt of phone (work order no. WA80010139 Dated 19/01/2010). After some days they told me that it can't be repaired and company will refund you. Till date neither they have repaired it nor refund it. Please provide me refund and compensation for harassment.
