I will lost my bmtc bus pass yesterday day tell me what the procedure for duplicate one or replacement
I'm Nuthana studying 1st B.com in ssmrv clg I lost my bmtc pass on wednesday 06 march 2019 can you please send me the procedure to get a duplicate card

Myself Govind Vishvakarma, I am use my credit card for monthly bus pass at BMTC Shivajinagar. Money is deducted from my account but bus pass distributor person tell me that they are not received slip and payment is not complete, money is refund in your account within 24 hours. I am not getting Rs 1050 still now. This transaction done on 31 Jan 2020.
Please resolve my problem. We also raised dispute from bank.
