[Resolved]  Bmtc — Conductors doesn't give ticket even i[censored] ask for it in a crowded bus and squad charge fine for conductors mistake.

Hi,
This morning i travelled from majestic to koramangala via bus B5462. The bus was crowded and all the gents were standing in ladies standing area and conductor missed one side of ladies and just moved towards gents side to collect the amount and reached back to ladies side when the bus had already travelled 10 Kms. while asking him for the ticket he just ignored and left.Finally after some time the squads appeared and charged me 100 Rs fine for the conductor's mistake. I tried to explain the squad about it but they just supported the conductor and were very rude and charged 100 Rs.

First mistake is guys were covering the area where women have to stand and the conductor was ignoring when i called him for ticket.its not possible for every girl to go to guys seats and collect tickets from the conductor or go between the guys which was over crowded and collec the tickets.

The other mistake is squads need to understand the problem first and then fine them.they need to be patient and support the right person whether it might be a consumer or a conductor.
