[Resolved]  BPL Mobile — CALLER TUNE CHARGES

This is vipin sharma from mumbai. i have BPL mobile no. [protected]. i am very upset with the services from the service provider BPL MOBILE. Every day recieved 3-4 calls from service provider for caller tune for no reason. i never applied for the same. i always harassed due to these types of calls as these calls disturb me mentally. today again they called me for no reason and i tried to disconnect the call as i was travelling in the local train but becoz of space constriants the different key was pressed and as per their automised system they activate the caller tune and charge me arround 50-60 Rs as i saw my new reduced balance after a miss call. when i called the customer care they refused to cooperate with and said that u have to pay for the same and this is our policy to call customers for making our profits and we dont care whether they disturb or not. i m here for the justice.

BPL Mobile — Refund Money

I had recharged my mobile Rs 399 after confirmation of customer service that after recharging this I can able to talk BPL to BPL free. When my service not activated than again i contacted call center people they have told me that activation of this scheme take 24 hour. During 24 hour I have called several times and all time they are telling me new story. After three days as usual I am following with your call center team and this time they gave me surprising news that they are not able to activate my scheme since already I have one other scheme active in my number. When I have confirmed more than 3 time with your customer service team before recharging no one told me the conditions of the scheme. After hearing this I have visited your BPL Gallery at Mira Road and I met Sanjay and repeated all story to them first answer I have received from him that because of Makar sankrati (13th January 2008) office is closed. This is ridicules no company has holiday on that day. After requesting him he has marked the mail to some one about my case and 15th Jan 2008 i have informed from him that my money is refunded to the retailer I can go and collect the amount. From 15th Jan to toady onward I following with retailer and sanjay like a fool. They all gave me always new answer every day. Retailed told me he has not received the money he told me money goes to distributor not to him. And sanjay (employee of BPL Gallery) doesn’t know anything about distributor. After following entire month, wasted more than Rs 500 on Call and visited more than 20 time of BPL galley nothing is happen. Now sanjay has told me to contact some senior people from BPL.

Now please help me what to do to get my money … is there any one in your organization who can help me. or i if ican take any legal action agaist them.

BPL Mobile — Unable to call a UK Mobie

I'm unable to call UK mobile numbers from my BPL Mobile connection. All my family members are on BPL Mobile and am unable to call from any of these connections. I have made complaints twice to BPL, but they never get back. Vodafone and Airtel mobiles are able to connect perfectly.

Fed up with BPL. Can't wait for number protability

NETWORK is very very bad.

[protected], i had been recieved sms from no.55666, that hello tune had been activated to my no.when i enquired to bpl customer care, they told that on 9:45am you had recieved call from bpl by which it has been activated.but i hadn't recived any call from your side.i think so there some promblem from your side, the balance of rs.17 was deducted from your side please refund meas early as possible.

But by mistake I typed my mobile number wrong. When i contacted your customer care i was informed that the amount was credited to the no [protected]. One of your customer care personals told me that the number on which the amount was credited didn't have any validity. So I ask you why have you credited that amount on [protected] even when the number didnt have any validity. The customer care personal was adamant on not helping me. He added that he was helpless himself and could not do anything. Please deduct that amount from [protected] and credit it to my number [protected]. If not revert the transaction back. Please note that I have sent a similar email about a week ago and I have not received any reply as yet. I asked some of your retailers and I was informed that they can reverse the transactions, if they have committed some mistake. I have complained to via this service twice, if you do not take quick action I will be left with no choice but to take you to the consumer forum. Please note: If you do not reply to this email and take proper action I will appeal to the Grahak Panchayat Sangh, Mumbai. BPL Mobile — No good IVR service

Hi,

Since last 5-6 months I am noticing that my talktime was getting reduced by 1 rupee or 50 paisa everyday. Till some time i could not catch this thing as the amount reduced was too low as I hardly used to check my balance. When I tried calling up the prepaid customer care at 50505, the IVR did not give me the option to talk to customer care executive and instead disconnected the session itself in between with no further details. I could not even speak to the customer support about this .

Now where do I complaint about this ? This is very poor sevice provided by BPL and if this continues no one will opt for BPL .

I AM HERE FOR THE JUSTICE.

BPL Mobile — WAP SERVICES

WAP SERVICE NOT WORKING FREQUENTLY ERROR : NETWORK CONGESTION, SERVER BUSY TRY AGAIN LATER

BPL Mobile — bad network

I have been using BPL network for the last 10 years in mumbai and my average bill per month used to be Rs. 2500/- since last few month the network has become worst. They are too many call drops, the sms does not reach on time and some time no network connectivity in my place Kandivali(E).
i have made several complaints to BPL and have visited the BPL gallery and written personal complaint also. but they have not done anything to improve their network and service. Now i have shifted to Reliance Network and am very happy with the service and network.

I HAVE ACTIVED A DNDC SERVICES ON BPL MOBILE NO.[protected] & CUSTOMER CARE OF BPL COMPANY HAS TOLD THIS SERVICE IS ACTIVED WITHIN 45DAYS BUT STILL I AM RECEVING CALLER TUNE CALLS 4 TIMES IN A DAY SO PLEASE LOOK IN THOS MATTER.
