[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — portal id & password

my password & userid are not work so i can not check my useges so please help me

I am a customer of bsnl broadband. I having faces problem to know usage datial of my broadband service.
When I enter Portal ID & Password at www.data.bsnl.inwpsportal. the page are open but usage detail see sorry record not found

too slow speed

since I have activated my broadband from BSNL is not properlywrking yet once. There is too slow speed I am experiencing even as compare to dial up(10 kbps)...

I was unable to get the portal id and password from the bsnl office.

once i gave broadband connection and got portal id and password, i have reset my id and password. but now both the old one given by you and resetted id password by me, were not opening! please help me to access my id and password, as soon as possible!

I had applied for a BB Connection from BSNL.They provided a modem of ZXDSL831A, but the men who came to give the connection did not connect the modem.Since 23.02.10 i am docketing and docketing but nobody came to make the connection .at the end of the month a bill will be sent to me .there will be no mistake. Can anybody help, The concerned tel no. is 23348804 it is under Salt lake Kolkata exchange.

I have forgotten my portal id, so i can't access my account.Plz mail me the id as soon as possible.

I have made numerous complaints to BSNL about the internet connection not working properly. Every time I need to open a website I have to refresh the page 6-7 times & then it takes even longer than Dial-Up to open the page. What am I paying Rs.750 for. I subscribed to a broadband plan of 256K.

Every time they register a complaint & then when I call next time they say it was resolved. How can a complaint be resolved without anyone visiting my house or contacting me about the problem ??

As soon as I get an option of another broadband provider in my Area I will switch companies

BSNL Broadband — password & user account

Please intimate me how to change password and how yo check user account.

My BSNL BroadBand is not working from 20 days i have complaint to all bsnl officers but they are unable to sort out the problem what can i do.

i dont knw the usage of my broadband connection plz tel me user name and pswrd and my broadband connection is not working well

i have frequent net disconnect one in 5 minutes and the service is also not gud... after the service also im having the same problem.. and also the net speed is too low
