[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — portal id & password

Sir

i have my broadband connection in office i.e 250 plan.but i can't login with my portal id & password that given me earlier to see the broadband usage.So pLease give my correct portal id & password so that i can check my braodband ususage.my Telephone no is[protected].

I have a BSNL broadband connection, but don't have the portal id and password to check the usage.
I have also tried calling the call center and visiting the nearest exchange, but of no use.
Kindly help, where can I get my portal id and password, so that I can check the usage of the internet connection.

You have changed the layout. Please revert back to old format, or suggest some easier way to access my records.

BSNL Broadband — telephone shifting

I have requested for shifting the Telephone and broad band services to my new address on March 10 2010, it is still pending.
I would like cancel the same, please let me know where is the form available.

BSNL Broadband — fake publicity

i am a bsnl broadband customer under the 750 UL plan which facilitates 256 kbps download speed. but uptill now it has never reached so far.recently the speed limits upto just 8kbps or max 10.please look into the matter.

BSNL Broadband — SPEED TOO SLOW, NO ONE RECTIFYING IT

I HAVE FILED COMPLAINT MANY TIME BUT, STILL THE SAME PROBLEM. DSL BECOMES UNSTABLE, AND EVEN BROADBAND IS NOT GIVING SPEED, MERELY 150KBPS.
Worst Customer care fro BSNL, I would say that BSNL has well customer DON'T care service!!

BSNL Broadband — The Broadband service was getting disconnected every 15 minutes.

I am using broadband service from bsnl from June 2009, and the problem was that it got disconnected after every 15 minutes. When complaint about the same to the bsnl office, they sent an engineer for sorting the problem, but he told that there is an virus problem in your computer that is why its getting disconnected. Again we called them up and they told the same thing. yesterday when i came back from New Zealand I checked the connection and settings which is set by bsnl engineer which was fully wrong and than i changed the whole settings and started the internet. Than i called the bsnl office and they send an engineer and he checked it and said that its working now.
So my problem is that I want all refund of bill which i paid in past 10months as it is of no use using internet for 15minutes.
I need BSNL Broad Band Incharger for Erode Or Gobichettipalayam and Head office G.M mail id or phone number to report poor performers and careless peoples working in that Dept.Becz we are montly but never using the internet due improper connection.

BSNL Broadband — broadband not working for the past one week

my home broadband service phone not working for the past one week I have already complaint several times to bsnl thro' 1500 my complaint number 58125393. Please rectify the problem as early as possible.

I was assured that problem will be sorted out within 10 minites. I regret to mention that five hours have passed and the problem is still unsolved from your end. BSNL Broadband — Bad services and cheating in terms of giving commitment for 24X7 support

This is rediculous that BSNL internet broadband, one of the worst service provider committing to give 24X7 support where as contacting the customer service number nobody is picking up the call.............I internet link is down and today is saturday and nobody is contacting from BSNL i need to wait till monday to solve this issue... This is purely nonsence to take BSNL internet connection....

BSNL Broadband — no solution

dear sir,
I have a broadband connection of BSNL and i am getting problem in outlook express. i called local exchange for solution they replied that we dont have any solution you should call faridabad. then i called faridabad on 25th may 2010 i got reply it will done within 24 hours. and they provided me complaint no. 26. after 24 hours nothing was done so i again called but i was stunned to hear the reply that they coud not understand the problem. and after that they provided me the no. of S.D.O. MR. Rajesh Patel. mob.no. is [protected]. i called him and got reply that it is very simple problem and it would done only in an hour. but it was very bad experience that neither he done anything nor picking my call. Ihave called him 20 times but not getting reply.
please do something about this matter if could possible.
