Sir,I have Broadband Internet Connection.My Phone No. is 25380487. Last 2 months bill May 2010 & June 2010 usage of GB is showing very wrong.So Please you check this fault immediately.I already paid both bill.

BSNL Broadband — BSNL Broadband is like tortoise.
i have a bsnl broadband connection or you can say a tortoise connection.its too slow most of the time.its hard to say it a broaband connection.please help make broadband speed the way it should be.I imagine when our country will have a internet speed like in other countries (as such Korea,China etc.).They are the real broadband connection.Thank You.

BSNL Broadband — BSNL modem Problem
I have complaint that MY BSNL Broadband modem getting restarting every few seconds and unable to use connection. I complained to customer care thet closed the complained without rectifying and then again i complaint ther came to my place and said will check the line from out and come in 5 mins but its 5 hrs has gone noboday came and when again i call to customer care they people saying if you give complaint also nobody is there to look .. is this the reply i got from customer care..... i am unable to get my portal id and password from the bsnl office. please mail me my portal id and password asap. i need to check my usage.
iam feeling trouble in uses cheking, pl. advise me.

The Broadband Internet Connection installed on my Telephone No.[protected] is out of order for the last fortnight. Inspite of several complaints and personal efforts, my internet connection has not been restored. Please be good enough to look into the matter personally and get the matter expedited as the AIEEE counselling of my son is going on. Due to lack of internet, my son's counselling is being affected adversely.

My internet connection is restarting continiously, and it never stays connected for even one minute., I have tried all the stuffs and there is no other go, thats why im complaining...sorry for cursing bsnl.

BSNL is infamous for raising these kind of incorrect bills. This complaint was recorded by someone in Feb 2009 and around a year and half later, I got an incorrect bill for June. Does BSNL not try to learn and improve from past mistakes? Does it ever give reasons as to how this kind of mistake happens so we can atleast suggest them a better procedure?
I want to know my Portal ID and Password for my BSNL Broadband account.My Phone No. is[protected].

BSNL Broadband — to check the usage for the month of june
i want to know the details of all usage for the month of june in my broad band connection of bsnl.because i doubt wheather there is any technical error in the billing or anything else for which i got a bill amount of 1,704.98.where as i have not used this much.kindly give me the the detail of my usage. i am hopefull of getting a possitive response of my complain.
wae it offered only in Calcutta city?because it has not been even offered elsewhere and we are paying rs 750 for unlimited download.

I am nazim [pune]. I am having broadband problem for last 2month, i complaint to extreme level but no use. Few times JE visited my home to check the line but he have no clue why net is not working, or speed is slow basically he is not a Engineer but BSNL promoted him as a JE for the total exchange, if anyone complaints and simply he will go without solving a problem, the same happening for me for last 2 month. Next senior for him is DE, he is another dawn in exchange he wont pickup a call, he wont answer even i go straight nothing he will do. In case if he pick the call if we say no net..bla..bla.. he will disconnect the call.
I am looking where i have to book the complaint on exchange, i request central government to take care useless exchange and useless employees, anyone help me how to complaint on the exchange...

BSNL Broadband — Very low speed of Broadband
Dear Sir,I have a BSNL Brodband Business Unlimited plan(512Mb). The problem is that its speed is very low between 34Kbps to 154Kbps. I complane several times but it is still the same. my phone no is 2670440 and latest complane no is[protected]. Kindly resolve this problem to continue my work easly.
