[Resolved]  BSNL broadband usage details — not getting usage details

last one month i can only open the site bbservice.bsnl.in, but i could not see my usage of broadband.

i am getting my portal id/password as invalid although i have typed it correctly.my usage is not being displayed. Showing invalid user id and password try again

iam not getting usage details with in time.i want to immmediately.plz check it
the window is not opening .plz help me out

i cant access my account from last 3 days to know the usage of internet, error of invalid user name and password appears after i enter login .As i always enter the correct user name and password, Plz help me out.

my user name &password are changed by bsnl and is not informed to me. iam not able to check my usage now

i have not been able to view my broadband usage details for the past 1 weeks since the window:bbservices.bsnl.in. is not opening.. An error msg saying internal server error is shown...please do the needful to solve this problem

BSNL Broadband — Usages detail not getting

I am using broadband connection from bsnl. bsnl provide the site www.bbservicebsnl.in for checking usages detail. But i found that this site could not open and i cannot view to my usages detail.

yesssssss its true that bsnl broadband site doednt show any usage records...

Am not able to view my usage details... i can log in to dataone.in but when i select usage details am getting "NO USAGE DETAILS FOUND FOR NOV 2008"...

i am able to open my bsnl portal id with i dont found my usage detail my bsnl phone no. is[protected].need improvement otherwise the complaints can also moves to higher offices

yes me too had all of your experience and also one very unforgetable experience of misusage of my phoneline in Broadband "Home-Combo plan" of Rs500 per month (500C), where my phone call charge was above 1800 call with bill totaling to aroung Rs 4000 including taxes and me and my family members not even used 20 to 30 calls
all other calls are misusage of my line by some well knowledged culprits with the help and knowledge of even the BSNL employees/officials .

So, I thought of getting punishment by choosing BSNL as option as it is portrayed to be best ISP in INDIA whereas it is the worst in providing privacy and security to the customers account and in firewalling that great technology as they say, from misusage.

i am not getting uses detail for broadband .even after setting according the plan.plz tell me the way for it..

i m not getting my usage details for knowing about how much i have used . please take this measure seriously so that i can know my usage details.
