[Resolved]  BSNL broadband usage details — not getting usage details

Bsnl is worst company. Employees are useless and lazy fellows. No services. They are eating the company. If i am having power i will dismiss all those .

bsnl usage checking does no open sometimes and when it opens usage records are not shown.

i cant check the bb usages.please suggest a remedy.

Iam not getting the details of the usage of broadband can any one provide the link to get the appropriate details.

i have got my use details as 2524 MB for november month as my plan is 500c.now the bill for november month is came and in that my usage details is about 16690 Mb.wat is the mistake in that?i have stunned by seeing my bill.so please help me

i hav forget my password n user id for viewing my usage details

i am not able to check my usage ...the page is not opening so kindly pls take necessary action...

i have portal id & password. but i m not seeing the detail o[censored]sage broadband for two weeks. so plz do smething about this. i want to know the usage detail of net.

I fully and totally agree with the complaints on the non accesability of BSNL portal to check account usage details for the last one month . On the contrary i get some IBM portal wothout fail everytime I log in on the ID given by BSNl. It is disgusting to see that BSNL is not taking any action at all in spite of so many complaints from customers for the last several months --which I see on a google search . It is typical of BSNL perhaps not to act because the mindset is one of monopoly conditions of operation .
I wonder whether this complaint will be just one more to be ignored!!!

bbservicebsnl.in is not opening why? i can't see the usage of my bradband

My username and password does not accept your portal id but the connection also done intially. account can't check by this username and password.

i am not getting usage details in the address bbservices.bsnl.in.

Usage detail Portal not opened

wll phone[protected] not discnnected from[protected] till today after several recquests.

many times the site for check the usage of broadban use, doesnt open. i m getting problem to use the internet because of the limitations of my plan. i have to check regularly the usage and i cant because of the same problem.
kendly take appropriate action to solve out the problems of many customers.

I am not able to access the information of my usage since 1 week from bbservice.bsnl.in
so please help me.

This is to complain for the extremely poor customer service I am experiencing for the last 10 days from BSNL.I want to change my internet password but I am unable to do so
