bsnl usage checking does no open sometimes and when it opens usage records are not shown.
i cant check the bb usages.please suggest a remedy.

I fully and totally agree with the complaints on the non accesability of BSNL portal to check account usage details for the last one month . On the contrary i get some IBM portal wothout fail everytime I log in on the ID given by BSNl. It is disgusting to see that BSNL is not taking any action at all in spite of so many complaints from customers for the last several months --which I see on a google search . It is typical of BSNL perhaps not to act because the mindset is one of monopoly conditions of operation .
I wonder whether this complaint will be just one more to be ignored!!!

My username and password does not accept your portal id but the connection also done intially. account can't check by this username and password.

wll phone[protected] not discnnected from[protected] till today after several recquests.
many times the site for check the usage of broadban use, doesnt open. i m getting problem to use the internet because of the limitations of my plan. i have to check regularly the usage and i cant because of the same problem.
