i buy sim of rs. 250 having offer that the sim has two free numbers one is local landline number with std code and one is local mobile number the way to apply this offer is that send SMS [ EXLPOWER<SPACE><LANDLINE NUMBER><SPACE><MOBILE NUMBER> and send this to 53733
but when i tried this thing, the scheme was not applied to my number when i call in customer care they told us to send this SMS and wait for 24hours i tried this but again no answer then atlast i go to the dealer of this sim he told me that it is proble from the origin. now please solve this problem or send the solution of this problem to my id my bsnl number is [protected] and the numbers i want to make free are [protected] and

bsnl/prepaid connection — Issuing of Duplicate SIM

Dear Sir/Madam,

My uncle had been using the Cellone Prepaid connection since 2003. Recently he lost his cellphone during the bus journey. We went to BSNL branch office which is near by my house where me and my uncle are staying currently, to get a duplicate SIM for the same. The officer asked where the sim was bought? and asked to go to the same place where the SIM card was issued six years ago.

She didn't give us proper infomation(Like she doesn't know about the process) and the way she responded was not at all good.
