broadband connection

Broadband Connection,
Sir,

I am a customer of BSNL landline, having telephone number[protected], under Ludhiana Telephone Exchange. I am applied for new Broadband Connection on 12.10.2009 but yet we have no answer from exchange & now we have recd a bill which is mention Rs.700/= rent of broad band but we have no internet conection yet.So you are kindly requsted to please solve this problem.

I am having Cellone connection though it is in the name of Miss Rhea Nath, I am using it. In it GPRS
has been activated, on 15 December I have easy recharged Rs 230.00 for unlimited Internet connectivity

I purchased a tarrif voucher for Rs.112/- of BSNL Pre paid mobiles bearing no.[protected] bearing validity date untill 31.12.2010, but after scratching and loading this tarrif voucher message shows the validity is over for this tarrif card. SMS delivery

Its been more than two months since i am requesting BSNL to check their setting as i am unable to send sms to some networks. whenever i am trying to send sms to these networks the mobile immediately throws an error " check operator service". the setting with my mobile is correct as the sms is going to other networks. no body in customer care is helping to solve the problem....

I'm Amala.Musti staying at gajuwaka, VISAKHAPATNAM-530044.Sir i have taken BSNL vennela plan of prepaid mobile services 6 months ago and the prepaid balance is 277- which is going to expire on February 7th , 2010. The plan have an offer of sending sms freely to any local mobile no. in Andhra Pradesh. but it has been since 3 weeks where no message could not be sent from my mobile and i have checked all the possibilities...

I am user of prepaid connection and on my no. [protected] there is some alret services is activate and daily I am getting approx 50 to 100 massage so I want to dactive this alert services. GPRS activation

I have taken a new prepaid connection and tried 4 days to activ gprs GPRSPRE to 53733 and it is not activeted till now the one cc ppl say it is activated and i should check settings and another says it is not activated and i should wait for some time more. coustomer care ppl are reachable after 30 minits of wait each time and i have rechared for gprs pack 230 and i am still helpless... my no is [protected]...

What a Bad idea sirji !

I have taken the idea data card and while taking as the company gives the speed 236.8 kbps promise but i
got only 80.5 kbps speed.
So i wanna tell to the company that improve your service to get the trust on you that will be beneficial to you
then the customer will satisfy with your system.

When I did so, a recorded voice told me to follow a procedure which I could not understand as the voice was very unclear.So I request u sir to suggest me what procedure should I follow. please unsubscribe my wap actress pack from 58888.every month the company is deducting Rs.30/. from my account.my mobile no. is [protected]. i lodge complaint on 17th Nov.2009 to the customer care of bsnl but the problem is not solved. They did not give me any satisfactory answer. they told me that my complaint will be removed within 24 hours but the complaint is still the same even after months.
the whole case is submitted...

Dear Sir,

I am a regular user of BSNL Call Now Card [ Kharagpur] .

I have bought a call now card on dated 17/10/2009 of Rs 1000/- and activated it on the same date.

From dated 04/11/2009 till dated 15/11/2009, I could not call to USA. When I dial the code vide

No- 1802 345, the reply came that “DOES NOT EXIST”.

But From dated 16/11/2009 to till date when I dialed...

BSNL Broadband not working properly

Dear Sir,
I would like to bring my pathetic condition by using BSNL Broadband Service. I have Broadband Service on my Landline number[protected]Hyderbad). Right from the inception, some 10 months back, it is giving problem every time. The ADSL goes off, and the internet is disconnected. I have to wait for some time, and then, the ADSL comes back. Due to this problem, my pages goes off, and sometimes, I need to login again....
