I am having Cellone connection though it is in the name of Miss Rhea Nath, I am using it. In it GPRS
has been activated, on 15 December I have easy recharged Rs 230.00 for unlimited Internet connectivity
and download. In your Customer Care people say I CANNOT download anything! surfing a page is downloading a page, and if I download
they will charge for it. It is not the main thing. Since last Tuesday (15.12,2009), activation o[censored]nlimited Internet for paying
the sum of Rs 230.00, you are deducting charges from my main balance and Tirhetta Bazar Exchange (TBZ) informed me that you are also
deducting the dedicated balance, which should not be the case. I have contacted the Customer Care (complaint Nos. 3924771 dated 15.12.2009 and 3928438 dated 16.12.2009). They
say they have taken up the issue with proper authority, and it will be rectified, but it will take time. They cannot specify how long. Moreover, I have easy-rechrged SMS amount
but if I send message to Docomo connection, you deduct charges, just now it happened, only to see whether you have rectified it. I do not know what is going on in the BSNL. We do not
go to any private mobile company for mobile connection. But alas! I am completely disappointed by your service, very often you deduct charges without any rime and reason. I did not care
for it earlier, but I was asked by some people to lodge complaint agains your mis-service. Hope you will take appropriate action and inform me at the earliest over phone or email or landline connection.

BSNL Broadband — broadband connection intruptions
form many days my broad band connections is not working well. Though the dsl lite is that is orange lite is constant but unable of access internet.
