I am bsnl customer and have activated DND nearly 120days and have confirmed my status on site also.Even after 120 days my condition is same.I had complained about it to customer care but they didnt give any complain no of as they does not have any system handling dnd.I written mail to all concern but does not got any reply from other side.Where should I go?

I've registered for the Do not disturb service with BSNL through my mobile still I am getting promotional SMS from BSNL almost every five minutes intervals a day and got fed up with this message.

Plase bolck all the promotional message coming to this phone Number. [protected], [protected]

Take some strong action against the server which is sending this message from chennai circle. I want a immediate solution for this SMS issues.

As per my request DND was activated on my No.[protected]. As a result I am not getting reminder SMS from www.160by2. Reminder serivice is very essential for my day to day tight & busy schedule. I send SMS accordingly to 1909 but no response. Shriram Rekhi
