[Resolved]  BSNL Cellone — DND Service

i have recharged my prepaid mobile with 149 on 16/04/2011.
when i am viewing my account balance it shows the validity period 1 may 2011 instead of 15th may.why? whats the problem?

This is to bring to your notice that my phone number [protected] is registered in DND. Still i am receiving varous promo messages. One of the messgaes from (www.ringmybiz.com) with sender name TD-RngMyBiz after complaining sent me 16 messages in succession within one minute and threatened me to sue me for not having my number registered in DND. This is absured. And calling at customer care asked me to Reregister it at 1909 which sent me message that you are already regidtered. Kindly take stringent action against the party else i have to resort to take another route of legal procedure. Please let me know why DND is not effective despite being registerd at the same.

I've registered for the Do not disturb service with BSNL. My BSNL number is [protected]. But i'm getting promotional SMS from BSNL almost every day and rarely i get recorded calls also.
I went on registering it one more time and i got the confirmation number as. But there is no change in the story.
