[Resolved]  BSNL Cellone — DND Service

BSNL — DND ACTIVATED BUT NOT RESPONDING

I have registered for DND service ofmy mobile no.[protected] & it is activated.But some unnecessary SMS are comming to my mobile no.Basically from 59595 lot of times. If it is not stopped I will take necessary lagal action.

CellOne — AFTER START DND ALSO MESSAGE & CALLS NOT DEACTIVATED

I HAVE REGISTERED FOR DO NOT DISTURB, ID: 39629 DATED 09/05/2010. BUT TILL TODAY THAT IS 16.09.2010 I AM RECEIVING THE COMMERCIAL CALLS FROM BSNL SERVICES. & ALSO GETTING SOME ILLICIT MESSAGES FROM COMMERCIAL WEBSITES. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH CELLONE. I COULD NOT UNDER STAND.

BSNL sucks, they have the worthless customer care department, infact they do not have their own Care department.
i had registered DND several times but never got any acknowledgment from anywhere.The indian telecom ministry and the telecom system is all screwed up.

This is the bloody democratic country we are in where all the ministers are goofy scamsters, cannot implement a DND system properly.

You register for DND or You Dont. BSNL gives a SHI* ... All my numbers are Vanity/VIP :

with DND activated, but daily i recv minimum of 5-7 obscene messages from BSNL (like: Hi, I am shruti, waiting for you, please call me soon) ... crap like this, and daily recv recorded caller tune activation calls from them.

Dont know what DND is actually for them?

I want dnd service activate but not accepted any sms to send 1909 so pls inform me other no to send dnd sms

Every Month minimum 150 sms come for my mobile&service call mimimum 25 times, so please activate the DO NOT DISTURB(DND) service for my mobile .

nuisance service of bsnl is better than the service it is supposed to provide to its customers. vulgar senseless msgs are recieved even in areas where normalservice is a headache.

there is no DND for my number Each time i send message to 1909 - "START DND" they reply me with message "Dear Customer, your SMS is not in correct format. To start please send START 1, 2...7 andt to Stop please send STOP 1, 2... 7 to 1909. Thank you."
