I'm experiencing very slow connection with bsnl broadband. Some of the sites like gmail.com, orkut.com is not at all opening or if sometime open, in very low speed. I'm using 500C+ connection, earlier my connection was lightning fast. Somehow, for the last 4-5 days its bogged down. I talked with the JTO in the local exchange, both o[censored]s think its the problem with the DNS server. Because, when I'm pinging the above mentioned sites, the response time is ok, but in the browser its taking that much time.
I've tried with these DNS:

nameserver 61.1.96.69
nameserver 4.2.2.1
nameserver 4.2.2.2
nameserver 218.248.255.146 (this is automatically asigned)
nameserver 248.218.255.139 (this is automatically asigned)
nameserver 208.67.220.220 (this is open dns)
nameserver 208.67.222.222 (this is open dns)
Do something with this. Its very irritating.

Broadband — unable to check the usage
sir,i cannot check my broadband usage. As i was told earlier by the official to use dataone.in but then he told me to change it to bsnl.in but even that is not working i need help try and give me the steps to how to see the usage.
PL LET ME KNOW THE WEBSITE WHR I CHECK MY USEAGE ???????

i have recently switched from 250 to HUL 750 and want to check if it has been activated.
i submitted the application to change my plan on 3.03.09 and it is 1.04.09 today

I HAVE HOME 500COMBO INTERNET CONNECTION
i got internet connection from last month (july 10 th). from then i was checking my broad band usage daily on the website, http://www.bbservice.bsnl.in. but from this month AUGUST i am not able to view my usage details, "NO USAGE RECORDS FOUND FOR JULY 2009" IS DISPLAYED.
i was unable to check my usage limit..its sayng that id and password is incorrect bt aacordng to me its correct which is being provided by you..

Branch, We are using broadband connection for the following outlets Waluj, Solapur, Nanded and Ahmednagar Branches.We have received the portal id /password for Aurangabad Waluj Branch, rest of the branches have not received the portal id /Password, I dont' know how to get the Portal id, hence Iam sending this post along with details

AMD — Unable to check broadband usage
Sir,I am unable to check my broadband usage since the middle of Oct.2009. Here I would like to stress that checking usage is a very important and essential task for broadband users for keeping phone bills under control. The site has been changed earlier also. But I am unable to know why it is not made easily accessible. I would earnestly request you to kindly look into this and do the needful.
