[Resolved]  BSNL CellOne Excel Prepaid Mobile Services — Not getting the Incoming Call Facility

Respected Sir,
I am Ram Chakraborty residing at 150, Bidhan Sarani, Kolkata- 700 006. I am a regular mobile user of BSNL Cell One Excel Prepaid services since 2006 to till date. My mobile no. is [protected]. On 09.12.2008 grace period of my mobile services was over and automaticaly incoming call facility of my mobile was withdrawn. On that date I had been recharged my Mobile at 3.00 P.M. After that I am getting the Out going call facility but not getting the incoming call facility. Sir sorry to say that regarding this matter near about 15 times i was contact with Customer Care on this no.[protected] but no body can make surity regarding this problem. Plase look the matter as most Urgent.

BSNL Prepaid Service — COMPLAINT REGARDING

Myself Krishnendu Mondal having BSNL Prepaid Mobile Number [protected] .I was having a balance of Rs 521.00 ( Five hundred and twenty One only ) as my balance on 20-03-09 morning about 0920 hrs but from 1000 hrs onwards I was unable to make any calls from my phone and neither I was able to speak to any customer service executive. Later on when I checked my account balance by dialing 123 it was informed to me that my account balance was nil.I would like to inform that I didn't make any chargable calls after 0920 hrs of 20-03-09 and so the missing amount is not due to my fault. Kindly do the needful to retrive the same please.

BSNL CELLONE - EXCEL PREPAID — NOT ACTIVATED

I have purchased bsnl cell one excel prepaid for governemt employees scheme for Rs.48/- at bsnl, stall, DMS campus, chennai-6 on 23.2.2009. My mobile number is [protected] . outgoing & incoming calls are barred or not yet activated.
Hence I request you sir to kindly make the needful to activate the above said number and remove the barring on this number.

BSNL Prepaid Cellular Service — BSNL Prepaid mobile recharge

I have asked my friend to refill my BSNL prepaid Mobile (maharashtra circle) using ICICI online Mobile Prepaid Recharge Top-Up Facility Through Internet Banking and refill of Rs 562 TOP UP on 25/3/2009 and haven't received any refill as yet . Amount of Rs 562/- already debit to you from his ICICI account.

The BSNL prepaid offered booster cards for cutting down the call and sms rates. I have bought some booster cards for my use in due course. The booster card stated that they are valid upt Jan 2010. But all of a sudden the BSNL withdrew the cards. Now I am not able to use the cards. The BSNL also refuses to repay the card value. This is a case of consumer exploitation. Is there any remedy?

inside the room no tower.cell display garfa on the mobile.the promlem is beside the Autobindo school.
several times I pointed out to terretta bazar by letter.but one year already gone, no steps are taken them.

I, Sri Gautam Sadhukhan having a prepaid Bsnl mobile No. [protected]. On 27th April I have receive a call from [protected], duration of the call was less than a minute. After that I have receive a massage from bsnl “Last call charges Rs 100”. I have launch a Docket nos “3625893 & 3644330”. From 27th to 30th april I am in kolkata. On 27th my phone balance was approx Rs 170/-and there after I have not dial anybody now my phone balance is minus Rs 275/- even though I have no GPRS connection.

Customer care has called me on 5th May and told me that Rs 100/- has been deducted for Downloading but I am 100% sure that I have not downloaded anything. They told me that they cannot do anything regarding this Rs 100/- and ask me to adjust the amount. And also told me to register another complain for Rs 70/-(Docket No[protected].

I have called customer care to solve the issue more than 60 times, they have said your complain is in process it will be solve shortly but till date it has not been solved. From 30th April I am unable to make outgoing call, now I am in a disaster position. Still now my phone balance is -275.84/-.

I will be grateful if you solve my problem and revert back my phone balance as early as possible.

With due respect that i recharged my mobile with SMS pack of rs. 32 dated 8 May 2009. According your Customer

officer and Retailer that 290 SMS will provide in a Month. When i used this service (sms pack) i found that 10 Paisa

per SMS was charging from my MAIN BALANCE. I just call to Customer Care. Your Customer Officer asked me

that this problem will solve in next 24 hours and he did not write my complained. After Few hours my main balance

was going low without use any service. Then I again called Customer Care. He noted my complained and assure me

to solve this problem earliear (24 hours). But the problem did not solve. Third Time again I complained to Customer

Care and he noted my complained. But he did not satisfied me for my first complained. When this problem did not

solve after 3 days. I called customer care again. And then he said to me that "your Problem can't solved by us.

Change your SIM Card. It might internal problem in your SIM. You have to change your SIM". I was shocked to

listen this because I am using this SIM with last 2 years. If this SIM have internal Problem then it may be possible

that my privacy was desolved and my Consumer and Personal rights was damaged and effected. In between last 2

years your company never told me about this dengers problem.
I could use near about 140 SMS and 15 rupees charged from my main balance without any reasonable

cause. Lackana of your services I got disturbance. Please pay attention on my above problem and solve it soon.

Return my main account charges & SMS services.

BSNL — not getting tower

This is inform you that my BSNL moblie no. is [protected]. I want to lodge complaint that while talking on the mobile. It has been noticed that towers goes off which disrupt talking and we have to dail number again. This problem is noted regulerly these days. Kindly Note the area below Mentioned where it is generally noticed.

BSNL — Not getting Incomin Call in Mobile

I have been complaining in BSNL office regarding the problem faced in my mobile(no.[protected]). I am not getting any incoming call since 15th of July 2009.Mine is a prepaid connection and right now I am in roaming (since June 7th).I had Rs.10 balance in my account till 16th July but BSNL cut my balance for calling in customer care also.They have deducted my balance and not giving me service also.My sim validity is till 3rd of December 2009.It is Anant plan.

I am really suprised to explain you about this" 56700" services...
just going on following comands, F inal finding is '' our customer care is not responding call
again later = Rs. 12.00 ...
Without my concent every month deducting Rs.-25.00 for caller tune, which i repetedly
sended messages to '56100' Please un -subscribe those tunes... but not respionding
So PLEASE CAN YOU TELL ME, WHAT I SHOULD DO ?
