[Resolved]  BSNL CellOne Excel Prepaid Mobile Services — Not getting the Incoming Call Facility

Respected Sir,
I am Ram Chakraborty residing at 150, Bidhan Sarani, Kolkata- 700 006. I am a regular mobile user of BSNL Cell One Excel Prepaid services since 2006 to till date. My mobile no. is [protected]. On 09.12.2008 grace period of my mobile services was over and automaticaly incoming call facility of my mobile was withdrawn. On that date I had been recharged my Mobile at 3.00 P.M. After that I am getting the Out going call facility but not getting the incoming call facility. Sir sorry to say that regarding this matter near about 15 times i was contact with Customer Care on this no.[protected] but no body can make surity regarding this problem. Plase look the matter as most Urgent.

excel prepaid mobile — requesting PUK code

sir/madam
since today morning i had been trying to call at least 100 times to get my PUK code to the holine number of excel as my phone is locked(sim blocked) and prompting me to key in the PUK code.. All the customer service offiers say that the server is down..How can it be possible for such a big firm to give such an excuse troughout the day till night.. I'm missng so many important calls to my mobile.. I really regret for being an excel customer.. my phone number is [protected](kerala, kottayam) and the sim seriel number is[protected].. Plz plz help

My problems are:

1. When i am registering through internet, my phone number and customer id does not match. Also there is no mention o[censored]nlimited 750 there.
2. I have applied for sulabh one but they have given us outgoing facility and i do not want to take outgoing facility at any cost for which i have applied for sulabh 1 but how come they give us outgoing facility.

New Mobile pre-paid connection — Non receiving of Incoming calls

Dear Sir,

I would like to state that I have purchased New Connection Mobile from through the dealer and got new connection. I am using the same connection for the last ten days. But i am not received any call in the same number from the date of purchase (10 days).

1. I had approached the dealer. The dealer had submitted all relevant papers to the distributors. The distributor says he had also submitted the same paper in your company.

2. My dealer had made so many contacts with his distributor but he did not give any possitive answer. On 19/9/2009, The I again approached to the dealer my incoming calls are not coming in my mobile. He called immediately to the distributor regarding the same matter 4 - 5 days back. On 19/9/2009 in the night 9' O clock I again approached the help line 121 and they in turn tranfer the call to the Senior Officer , I informed the whole matter to him and he told me that to make a complaint against the distributor and dealer by giving the email ID.

3. Since I am facing lot of problems from last 10 days, due to non receiving the incoming calls, I being a trusted customer with Airtel connection, it would adversly effect the to the reputation the Airtel . Today I again visited to your Sector 34, Chandigarh office , then I came to know that the office has shifted to IT Park location. Then I again went to IT Park Office there I had a very grate setback . There I informed to contact your head office in Mohali. In great stress I approached your head office in Mohali there I came to know that the relevant papers have been received today and the connection will be operational working by 08 O clock.

4. I would like to know that where the obstcle has created and what are the lapse between the dealer, distributor and your company. Why shall I been harassed for 10 days to take connection ?. Is it good for your reputation ? Your company is full responsible regarsuing these lapses.

I shall be highly appreciated, to investigate the matter and take approprioate action against the concerned staff and the lapses between the disbutor and your management which brings a bad reputation to your company.

Please intimate immediately your response for which I shall be very thankful.

BSNL Excel Pre Paid Services — non attended complain

Ihave booked a complain no.I[protected] to customer care official on5.9.2009 but more than 1month has passed but yet the problem is cotinuing,if i talk to customer care person they ntalk as if they dont bother please help

BSNL Excel Prepaid Mobile — Phone call

Dear Sir/Madam
From 13th Nov,2009 I am wanting to make a call on this following numbers at Jharkhand([protected],[protected]) from any BSNL mobile,but every time IVRS is saying "The numbers are invalids" but calls are coming from this numbers. I have also lodged a complaint at Customar Care on 15/11/2009.

My prepaid bsnl cell number is [protected] . 30.00 Rs has been reduced from account between 11 to 12 pm today. Before that my account was 50.95 Rs. I have called several times to customer care .But they did not solve it. Pls solve this problem as soon as possible.

I have one prepaid BSNL mobile connection [protected], in which there is problem that caller tune is not working since last one year approx. I have loged complained to coustumer care more than 10 times but nothing happen.
but every month caller tunes charge is being deducted from my balance regulerily. I request to kindly solve my problem & refund all the charges that has been deducted from my balance.
