[Resolved] BSNL Customer Care — Rude behaviour of customer care attendant | |
bsnl has customer care no. [protected] and cunsumer has to wait atleast 15 to 20 mts. to talk any attendent. But customer care agent talk in such a haste and rudely that he is talking to some unwanted person. we are consumer and we pay for everything but they treat them as unwanted this is wrong. sir, my no is [protected] frequently cutting from my main account balance on behalf of bharath sync push service form the last one month but i have complain many more times but they tell we noted complaint and it will be solved further. so, i request you to kindly solve my problem

Again and again BSNL is charging for different packs, such as News Pack, boss ka toss, BSNL tunes without my consent. I am fed up and want to surrender the sim. It is cheating and should not be done with the customer, otherwise who is going to use BSNL. I am also going to submit it in my local newspaper where I am a journalist. My mobile no. is [protected].
the bsnl customer care are the worst in this world.they donot even attend the calls from the customer.
that computerized information gets on repeated continuously and thus we have give up.
i suddenly lost 25 rupees and at that time when i was in the train.i had to go thru tough times.thus i request the Head to plz take action against it, for it is becoming worse to worst.

Myself Kaushik (my Mob. No. [protected]) work with a private company recharged my account with Rs.50 by last 10th April 2013 at 17:32 PM and got Rs. 41 talk time. it is very small amount no doubt, but without any call from my account today 13th April by 3:00 PM aprox. I found my balance is only 4 Rs. even after I tried to register my complain to BSNL customer care, but continue trying after two hours I'm unable to do the same, previously also I noticed some hoax way my account's amount been deducted like activated some subscription unknowingly, without any reason some amount deducted from my account, when I try to asked customer care, that line not been connected any more. I'm stay in Damanjodi, Koraput district. practically no any other network work here properly so helplessly I bound to use BSNL service, but how to I (and like me other customer also) survive if this type of money swindle game played by BSNL Network ??

12.15 p.m. the marketing manager, Ms Susmita Dutta had not turned up. I came to know that her office hours starts at 12.30pm every day.
This the sorry state of a public undertaking & like others i am also thinking of shifting to a private service provider.

BSNL call attendants are just unprofessional and rude. I got a call on my BSNL landline from a lady apparently from BSNL, asking for my father' s mobile number, stating that the bill info would subsequently be sent to his number. Now my father is stationed out of state for official purpose. So I gave her my own number as I am looking after these issues at home. Then this lady starts screaming at me, demanding my father's number. When asked the reason for her bad behaviour, she screams back at me and cuts the call. I was flabbergasted at this extraordinarily unprofessional conduct of a customer care caller.
