[Resolved]  BSNL Customer Care — Rude behaviour of customer care attendant

bsnl has customer care no. [protected] and cunsumer has to wait atleast 15 to 20 mts. to talk any attendent. But customer care agent talk in such a haste and rudely that he is talking to some unwanted person. we are consumer and we pay for everything but they treat them as unwanted this is wrong.

these people of BSNL may serve the customers, only in person! the phone request may not work! because there is no exchange of proper change to them. sad that, such a big organisation facing this pathetic position.
sir i am using for bsnl prepaid sim card. i am bsnl proofing for driving licenece submite but, driving licenece was missing so, please driving licenece id number. my mobile number is [protected]. please help me.
BSNL is good, but the employees of bsnl are not so, i had face such a rude behavior of one lady in banglore customer care center. Her name is DEEPA.She dont know about providing information to customers. She is very poor in skills. She was talking with too much with me. I am asking about Internet Settings then she reply as "I dont know, there is no such type of service to the mobile." She give the call to the other lady in customer care center. She was used dirty language. "WHY BSNL CHOOSE THIS TYPE OF EMPLOYEES".

Landline No.[protected]Chothmal Goenka, Goenka Sagar, Churu Bye Pass, Jhunjhunu - 333001 (Rajasthan)) has been disconnected without any information/notice, when we went in BSNL Office for enquiry then they (Rekharam, Chandagiram) said that one bill is pending of January 2010 of amount of Rs. 310/- for which we have not recd. any bill however second day we have paid this pending bill.
Now nothing is pending from our side but still phone status is as is, it is not working. 4 to 5 times we went there in BSNL office and 10 times we have called but nothing happened.
When we are calling or going to JTO Mr. Rekharam he is saying that he cant do anythig we have to go to Line Man Mr. Bhagwan Singh and when we are calling to lineman then he is saying that he cant do anythig we have to go to JTO Mr. Rekharam or Mr. Chandagiram.
We are not able to understand what we have to do??
So pls. suggest and do the needful as earliest
I had a BSNL prepaid no [protected] i want GPRS setting for my mobile nokia 5800 xpress music, i called customer care from past 22 days for GPRS setting but till no i had not received any setting, i called to customer cell 1503 after 15-20 min some guys received the call and again tranfer the line to different person for the same at last some anothe guy lift the call but without knowing my compliant they told that they had already sent the setting till now i am waiting for the same . kindly help me for the same

My Mobile No.[protected] in the name of Mr.Kalyan Basu, Barrackpore, kolkata-121.I am contact customer care on 10/9/2010 and 15/11/2010 on 2025 hrs with Mr.Bera. Last few days one massage came from No.58888001 and massage details Thanks 4 using indiantimes Subscription Service.Your Total cost Rs.1.This is too much expensive from my side day after day and I can't understand what is happen.I would like to deactivated said massageas early as possiable.I am very disappointing about this problem & i loss my money.So, I request to pls do needfull against above problem, then i shall remain grateful to you.

Sometimes I used to get disappointment on BSNL tunes service as it is found that without drawing consent of the customer/consumer, the renewal for the same is executed which claims the process to be a compelling in accordance to my point of view.

I am complaining against your customer service executive, Mrs. Chanderkana working in Sirsa BSNL office, Room No 15. I visited there for deposited the BSNL modem. I submitted an application to decrease the modem rent. I have deposited this application on 23rd Nov, 2010 but still there is no update till today. I visited there to know the status of my application but she reply so rudely. She doesn’t have any system knowledge to process the applications. She never gives preference to customers. Mostly customers are not satisfied with her way of talking and customer handling. She replies so angerly when we ask her about our application status.
We want that you should visit there as a customer to check her behavior and way of working. Kindly take it seriously to maintain your goodwill and customer satisfaction.

My residence ph no[protected] at shalimar garden gzb which is every time dead. On my regular complaint it starts working for few days and again it is dead.It has became a regular process, The ph was dead for 45 days and SDO ph gives in writing that the bill will not be charged but still the payment was taken and no hearing fail to understand which way the people are working at BSNL having no systems

dear sir, I want to say that the BSNL customer care Executives (for Assam) are the worst. They don't know how to deal with the customers. Its painful that every time we have to wait 20-25 minutes to talk to them. Sometime they cut the call after keeping the customer minutes to wait. I HAVE ACTIVATED CALLER TUNE ON 13/01/11. WHOM CHARGES HAD BEEN DEDUCTED ON 13/01/11.Total 40 Rs. had been deducted. After that I had lodged complaint on 15/01/11, 18/01/11 and 26/01/11 respectively. After that I got the complaint no A26PB526669 AND TILL TOTAY THEY HAVE NOT SOLVED MY PROBLEM. SO, CUSTOMER CARE HAS ADVISED TO SENT THE EMAIL TO BSNL HIGHER AUTHORITIES WHICH I AM SENDING TO YOU WITH THE HOPE OF SOLVING THE PROBLEM ON TIME.

I am sending this msg because i had registered a complaint for my landline before 10 days by written & by phone 5 days before upto now no one attended the complaint. So we are unhappy with your customer relationship. .
I agree.The working of BSNL is the WORST in the world.I am not getting settlement of refund following closer of my telephone connection.
