[Resolved]  BSNL Customer Care — Rude behaviour of customer care attendant

Wait more than 25 min. Minimum...
Within last 6 month totaly more than 100 cus. Care attant.. But totaly ...what say ? ? ?
My brother is more superiovr to solve problem.

I am not getting my mobile's GPRS settings from BSNL. i made a complaint to customer care, they wrote my complaint and i was told that i will get my settings through a call from BSNL within 24 hours. But i did not get any kind of call or settings as well. again i dial customer care and my complaint was refroward and now i was told that within an hour i will get these settings onto my mobile phone but the results are as same as previous. That is the service of customer care. I there is anyone seeing my msg please provide me my FLY DS410 set's settings my number is [protected]

1) I can not call any of Reliance customer of Mumbai.
But those customer can call me.Pl varify this type o[censored]nhealthy situation and allow me to connect with then.
2) I can call the Reliance customer of Bhubaneswar, and when they are on roaming I cannot call them only receiving the tone to check the area code

I have purchased an EVDO set, but it was not working properly.But when i asked to register a complaint, there is no proper response.

I have called Customer care No: [protected] & waited for atleast 20 minutes. Then one person is attended the call. I have enquired about my Sim Activation but not get the proper response. I have tried for atleast 4 times similarly but no response. Response from the person is very rude & he is not responsible to the complaints of the customers

This is THARUN from bangalore... i have been waiting from past SIX to SEVEN days, to speak to a customer care person, each time i call my call is put on hold and to be frank i wait for more then 15 min TO 20 min but yet my call is not connected...i am facing a problem with my internet connectivity..and i am seriously looking forward for assistence...i am truly sick and tired of BSNL...atleast increase the capacity o[censored]r call centers are its better you shutdown the bussiness.and look forward for being a small company ...as being such a reputed icon company in india ...i never expected this from BSNL !!! ...

this network is bull i hav been usng airtel from the past 3 years but havnt faced such problem but recently i buyed a mtnl no but haf the times its ntwrk doesnt works

My phone number is [protected]. Last one week, alternative days my phone and internet is not working. I have launched multiple complaints. But the person comes and rectifying daily, there is no permananet solution still now,


Kindly send some responsible person to rectify the same as early as possible.
The problem is effeted for me from the last 1 week.

I have a bsnl sim with student suvidha connection..but now i m in a great trouble bcoz my amount was reduced with out any call or msgs..i have no caller tune..then why the amount was lost? i asked the customer care but i have not satisfied wih their replay.Also the behaviour was so impolite towards me..so pls send me a solution
