with ref to the above my mobile motorolo w270 nos Is [protected] wherin my gprs was been activated 2month before, but we are unable to access on the same. setting which had been sent by customer care were have been saved. still i am not able to access i am getting a msg saying as " error " network down why is this happening? i am keeping touch with customer care but no one is ready to help one the same. i have spoken atleast 6 nos of customer care personell of no use they always cut the line it is so surprising on such a service. my mobile [protected] gprs activation provided but my mobile gprs not working till today. my mobile is HTC T2223

bsnl customer care not able solve the problem
I have sent 8 msgs for enabling of gprs on my cell phone to bsnl ie. (GPRS E ) TO 53733 but there is no response from 4 days and when i call at helpline they told me just to wait.

GPRS activation process is very lengthy and time taking. After receiving of provisioning of GPRS I m still waitaing for activation. customer care calling on [protected] is also mind teasing process. however when someone receive the phone, he is not proper for the service except the welcome message.
this is very unfortunate for us that the largest telecome service provider has so much poor custome care service.

the gprs service is third class quality. maximum time service close by network. wrongly cut money from balance. no service pay. third class gprs. bsnl customer care is the worst ever i have seen they never speak good. my gprs activation is not done i have sent message properly. if we call to care they say wait wait wait...what to do

I have applied for GPRS on 19.03.09, but still i d'nt get any GPRS setting or activation msg nor GPRS is automatically working. But surprisingly the GPRS charge Rs 199 is still billed on my account. My mobile No is [protected] and my mobile is Sony Ericson k 530i. Please do some needful action.

sir/mam,i am having a problem in my internet connection from[protected] and don't know what to do now, i'm using mobile internet services and speed was also good, but from the past 1 week i'm getting a slower speed and even the connection is getting broken many times, and sometimes i'm not getting any kind of connection. my mobile no. for bsnl is [protected]. i would be kind o[censored], i[censored] look into this matter as soon as possible.
