[Resolved]  BSNL Gprs — non registeration of gprs activation msg

plz activate gprs with my nokia 6070 hand set.

plz activate gprs with my bsnl mobile no [protected] of nokia 6070 hand set.

mr anil or mr vishal he abused me for enquiring why my GPRS was not activated since last 2 years im paying bills 4 same but he was so rude i dont know why BSNL has kept such kind of people on the payrolls of BSNL.. I want 2 complaint against the said person i talked 2 him at 6.40 pm on 9/6/09.

I'm using Nokia 6300 Mobile model.My GPRS don't activation in my mobile.My GPRS setting is not save in my mobile.I complaint in bsnl call center also about my GPRS activation .nothing response from then. i activated my GPRS230 on 19th june 2009, i register also my complaint.please help

sir i am not satisfied with bsnl broad band when i connect to bsnl it takes time . always show 678 error
sir i have complain in exchange but i m not satisfied with his answer. sir please it is my personal request
to you please do something otherwise i don't want broadband . i think bsnl is not best for mere liye.sir i also give you complain but you are not giving reply.

i am not able 2 activate gprs to my nokia 5800 xpressmusic, my cell no is[protected] pl activate it

i am useing Nokia 6300 mobile model my GPRS IS NOT WORKING before this i am useing nokia N70 my gprs is working properly 2 weak ago i changed my hand set and sent a message for settings on 58355 i receved a message ONLY 70 SETS ALLOWED SEETINGS DISCORDED. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARES EXCUTIVE NUMBER OF TIMES BUT ALL IN VAIN PLZ HELP ME

i recharged it with gprs pack contacted more than 50 times to helpline they are unable get my gprs working at last they told me to contach software engineer
whole waste of money dont ever i will ever think of bsnl...

The message "GPRSPRE" should be sent to 53733 to activate GPRS in BSNL prepaid connection.
Eventhough, BSNL claims to take 24 hours for activation, Often it takes more time to get the GPRS connectivity activated. Incase of contacting customercare, try to call at morning time before 7am(at peak hours you will have to listen to the funny music from IVR, nothing else happens)..and be ready with your simnumber (number displayed on the back side of your sim) to register a complaint..

Note :- BSNL customercare is outsourced and is being run by Reliance :) So dont blame BSNL alone for not taking up your complaints..

sir pichle 15 dino se yeh side nahi khul rahi hai jiske liye hamne complaint bhi kiya hua hai phir bhi koi responce nahi mil raha hai. yeh side iske pehle chal rahi thi mera BSNL sim no hi [protected]. (www.unionbankonline.co.in)

BSNL Gprs — Gprs 230 activated but money is deducting while using gprs

I had already activated gprs 230.but money deducting from my account while accessing internet.i called the customer care and they registered a complaint but no use.my number is [protected].i am getting no response from bsnl.pls help me
