[Resolved]  BSNL, Hyderabad — Telephone Not working properly

hello sir i want to know whether our area is feasable for ur bsnl broad band ...just want to verify ..my address is ..m.bhaskara babu, 45-144/b, uppariguda, rajanagar colony, beside maoul li rly qrts and n.m.d.c colony of anand bagh. pin cod 500040...contact number [protected]..please verify and snd me..so that i will have your broad band..my frnds two people r also interested.one of them is my cousin.so kindly plz inform me..i went to bsnl office in ecil.but they asked to verify and come.so am i...i m requesting to plz check whether feasible r not.

and also i want know that as agovt employ..is there any concession? and what i have to do?..i know that 20% off to customer of government employees.

I agrre that BSNL is not working at all eficiently. Some time I fell that the BSNL personal might have been receiving some bribe from the private companies so that people leave BSNL and go to other providers of telephone/ broad band . I my self have lodged complaint for my telephone number[protected] through "198" and also personally at uppal but so far no action has been taken. I personally feel that the Bonus etc to staff shoud be only given after the proper surveys, conducted on customer.

As I had complained about my faulty will phone on[protected] your line man came and took our phone on[protected] saying that he return it tomorrow but the same was not returned till now and more over they are not replying properly on phone call as they are saying to on another no, on another no they are saying to call on another no. on personal visit they are saying go to high court office on high court office they are saying go charniminar office. We got tired bcoz. Of it. I request u to do the need full as soon as possible.

My telephone number 23835831 has not been working for nearly a month. I am at a loss to understand the reason for its not working. Kindly look into the matter and respond to me immediately at my e-mail ID given above.

My officer's residential phone which is located in Ashoknagar having No.27670066 is not working properly and the ring is tripping. I made many complaints to the fault booking No.198. The problem is not solved even after a lapse of 10 days have already lapsed. The officer is working in A.P.Secretariat who needs contacts on phone by highers or even Hon'ble Ministers also in time of need. If this is the position what to do. Thje J.T.O. of the Ashok Nagar No.27634264 always no response.
Whomsoever it may be concerned, kindly rectify the land ling No.27670066 immediately ohterwise it will be difficult.

Sir,
Since long time continuously and very frequently there are interruption of telephone lines and broad abnd service at Triveninagar, its adjourned area, PO Vaishalinagar under Badanpet exchange, Hyderabad . On an avarage 10/15 days interruption will occur in every month in telephone and BB service. This has caused a great inconvenience and dissatisfaction amongst the subscriber in this area.
Most of the time the tel. at exchange for complaint ([protected]) and fax is out of order. Moreover there is no system to register the complaint. During broadband problems on data lines the exchange persons the exchange does not take any responsibility.
In spite of non utilizing the telephone and BB service we are charged for the total month along with service charges and furtherv the the telephone exchange also loaded / connected with new subscribers beyond capacity.
Unless an urgent action is taken, the subscribers of this area will be compelled to withdraw the BSNL connection.
Request an immediate action is this matter.
