[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — bill paid online but still bsnl says not received

hello,
I have paid bsnl landlines bill using online bill pay facility from bsnl portal.
money is deducted from my bank account but bsnl portal shows status as initiated only.
i am receiving calls from bsnl office that pay the bill otherwise they will cut the connection.
request you please let me customer care number of BSNL.

BSNL — Credit card not delivered to me

sir,

it was intimated to me by a courier agency, that HSBC bank card came to u, since i was in out of station, i asked to call after 10 days, but now my credit card has not came to me.

bsnl mobile & landline — not receiving bills and disconnection

i am having bsnl mobile and i dont recive bills on time i complaned manytimes on customer care but they dont give duplicate bill and dont help me due to which i suffer inconvenence.
my another problem is i am not getting bills of landline to and in our area there is cable fault but exchange persons and not reparing it due to which my landline is dead most of the times. i was having 2 no and due to this problem my one connection is been cut an dissued to another person because it was vip no of series.

Domestic — non receipt of transaction id by bsnl

i paid my post paid mobile bill to bsnl of rs rs 382/ dated 7/4/09
my transanction id by sbi isIGO6741967
ACTUALY WHILE TRANSFERRING FROM SBI
PORTAL SERVER GAVE ERROR.
hence it was not registered bu bsnl portal.
kindly do the the need full to avoid duplicate paying as the amount has been deducted from my a/c/ac no/[protected]

There is a possibility of link getting disconnected, during returning from the BANK after successful Bill Payment. In that case, you will not be able to see the 'Digital Receipt' of the Bill Payment made since the Portal system will not know the details of the transaction made. If this occurs, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT to pay the bill again. The portal system, will shortly, receive the confirmation from the BANK, through alternative backup channel.

BSNL — deduction of 1.50 rs

sir my 1.50 Rs deducts, when i put my bsnl sim in another mobile, and a message is received saying settings received. sir my no is [protected].

LANDLINE PHONE — Bill not received

My Phone NO. is 23431453. I have not recieved the bill for the month April '09.
Pl. send the duplicate bill. Also let me know the proceedure to get the duplicate
bill on line.

BSNL — billing system

I applied for the broadband plan(750 unlimited) on 26th september 2008 and got connection in 2 days but they charged me from 1st sep to 30 sep along with RS 1060 extra in debit. They said extra charges will be adjusted but they did nothing. I applied for disconnection on 24 feb 2009 and got dissconnected on 26 feb but they again sent two month bill bcoz my modem was on rent and it was submitted on 30 april.Can i do something in this matter?

Landline — Bill not received in Bank account

Dear Sir,
I have been making payment throuth the ECS from ICICI Bank.

I have not received the bill for the previous month and due date is also over as appeared from the hard copy of bills received from Courier. Please advice how to make the payment and what amount. It is not my fault and it is not possible for me to visit your telephone house and queue for the payment. please let me know if the sending bill to my bank account is problamatic from my side.

Please note that i am unable to make payment till i received the bill in my ICICI bank account.

I have paid Rs. 1749.00 through online your BSNL website www.bsnl.co.in But BSNL Portal Showing Status - Initiated. In BSNL Coustmer Cares Executives Said 'Your Bill is still 'Unpaid'. Even Total Amount Rs. 1749.00 Deducted/Debit from my Bank Account. and even i got confirmation letter from the Axis Bank, Regarding Successfull Payment. So what i do in this position? I paid through Axis Bank Debit Card. Bank Traniction Number - [protected] and BSNL Portal Transiction Number - TX[protected]. Unique ID - PBPA[protected]. Please find some solution and revert back as soon as possible.

Dear All,

BSNL portal having nasty fellows working on the site. I paid my mobile bill through BSNL portal. Transaction id generated, receipt generated and status shows successful. After 3 days the bill not getting updated in the BSNL internal system and my outgoing calls has been barred since then.

I don't know whether it is Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited or Bhangar Sadela Narak Limited. Customer care executives always have one tune and nobody cares about the customer. I don't know when these bastered govt. companies going to become professional. Nobody cares and nobody bothered about anything. Just throw their connections in the dustbins. When BSNL will become least trusted brands in the world having customer <0.1% then their mind come on the line till that time enjoy the harassment from donkeys, monkeys and .

BSNL — Telephone not working even after paying bills

Domestic connection — Late receipt of bills

My Consumer No. is [protected] and my residential address is 29, Basudevpur Road, Behala Bakultala, Kolkata 700 061. Every month I am receiving your monthly bills at the last moment, just one day before the payment due date. You will appreciate that such late bill delivery it becomes very difficult to arrange payment and deposit money in time. CESC may not be bothered because it helps CESC to recover the rebate amount also. The subscriber only suffers not only for extra amount he has to pay but also the inconvenience he faces due to last moment rush .

May I request you to look into the matter and ensure that the subscriber receives bill well in time

BSNL — Mobile bill payment problem through internet banking

The payment of June month bill amount paid through my bsnl e payment system but when I received the July bill the payment of June was showing pending and the amount is deducted from bank account.
So I visit to bsnl office then they inform to give a written complaint.
When the money is deducted from my bank account why the process becomes delayed it becomes customer responsible for the issues?
When the problem comes bsnl never help the customer to resolve the problem.
I am tracing for deducted amount for last 2 month but still I don’t received any call or any update from the BSNL and who is responsible for this?
