[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — bill paid online but still bsnl says not received

hello,
I have paid bsnl landlines bill using online bill pay facility from bsnl portal.
money is deducted from my bank account but bsnl portal shows status as initiated only.
i am receiving calls from bsnl office that pay the bill otherwise they will cut the connection.
request you please let me customer care number of BSNL.

I have not received my bill for February 2012. I want to know my bill amount for usage for telephone landline number is[protected] Kindly forward my bill for usage of telephone and also for the Broadband against my said telephone number.

BSNL — TELEPHONE NOT WORKING FROM LAST ONE MONTH AND STILL GENERATING BILLS

Sir,
Our BSNL Landphone[protected] is not working from since more than a month and we registered the complaint many times and even we spoke the AGM also and still the status is same as the Telephone is DEAD.They are even not taking any necessary action and moreover they are generating Bills also for the non-servicable Telephone.
KR/CO/2012/6611- is the Docket number of online complaint Booking
[protected] -is the latest docket number of the Automated Complaint Booking System
Please do the Needful.

BSNL — Bills received despite getting disconnected done

Despite having submitted disconnection applications twice in the last 10 months, and having submitted a payment of Rs 500 for settlement of bills, I keep receiving bills for my BSNL connection. I have not made a single phone call with this for the past 18 months.
I have just received another bill for Rs 1213 again.

I am using BSNL Landline No. 22770584. On 11 July, 2013 I have paid BSNL Landline bill through online bill pay facility from BSNL Portal. I have paid Rs. 731.00 through online your BSNL website www.bsnl.co.in But BSNL Portal Showing Status - Initiated. Even Total Amount Rs. 731.00 (see attached image)Deducted/Debit from my Bank Account

i got transaction failed message still 8555 rs bill amount is deducted from my account. Are they just playing with customers, cant they have a secured systems for successful transactions. Please help me to solve this issue faster if any one faced similar issue

my bill is 506 rupees and 506 rupees deducted from my debit card but now shows my bill is not paid

Even I am facing the same problem. The BSNL online portal service seems horrible and stay far behind compared to all other private telecoms services like airtel. The customer care number is [protected] and [protected] and when we tray its an IVR that runs for 3 mins and when we want to connect to the BSNL officer / support personal it disconnects. I would really not suggest anyone to take the risk.
Today i paid My Landline Bill Online through my Indian Bank Debit Card -Amount Rs.1273. But Amount go debited from my Bank Account . But BSNL still showing not paid. It took nearly Half and Hour to Process and in the end amount not Credited to BSNL. Now how to Rectify this? My no[protected]

I paid my telephone bill vide account no. [protected] and land line bill[protected] at Erode Head Post Office vide cash bill no. 1032 for 336/- on[protected]
My phone number is [protected]. The BSNL landline bill payment portal is always showing an error "invalid code" . I am unable to pay the current month landline bill online.
