[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — bill paid online but still bsnl says not received

BSNL Land line Phone — PHONE NOT WORKING BUT BILL RECEIVING IN TIME FOR PAYMENT

Dear Sir,

This has reference to my complaint dated 06.05.2009. My phone number 24940921 was out off order
05.04.2009 and it was rectified after a month. Now again my said phone is out off order from 22.10.09
on line complaint booking number E4514 dated 23.10.2009. On checking on 29.10.2009 find tt this complaint has already released by the BSNL, but no change of the satus of my telephone. Again made a complaint booking number E8951 dated 29.10.2009.

In this circumstances, I hv forced to think for a private mobile telephone service after surrender of BSNL Land Line.

Rqst your immdte necessary action without any further delay.

BSNL — repeating the previously paid bills as unpaid amount

i am clearing my bills time to time but every month they are adding it the recent bills as unpaid amount i have the payment reciept. please pay attention to it

I pay my march 2010 bill though internet,but till date its show due amount.How can i get my receipt for this payment.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited — BSNL connection is not working from 2 months and Bill has been generated.

Please kindly note that we are a customer of BSNL Landline no.[protected] and [protected] and also belong to BroadBand on[protected]. But from last 2 months both Landline totally out of order.
We booked complain on Dt. 24-04-10 and the Complain Nos. are 08424 and 08425 and also give written complain at your Makarpura, Vadodara Office on 29-05-10. No hearing from higher authorities, very irresponsible behavior.
This has been a great disappointment, as our BSNL connection is not working from 2 months and Bill has been generated for all these months. Kindly advise what can we Do?
The service is very unsatisfactory. I request you to kindly see the matter & advise.

i have paid my landline bill/july/2010 for rs/819.00 on 11/08/2010 by using net banking
facility of icici bank, my bank a/c was debited by the same amount.now till date no
credit at bsnl level.i paid again the same bill by cash on 26/08/2010.then bsnl showed
my bill as paid bill.my phone no is [protected].
also, employees of bsnl behave totally careless to their customers.

i never know wt is problem of bsnl because i pay bill but they i never pay last payment wt i do plz tell me

every one feces problems from the bsnl user all time they say i am not pay the last bill

BSNL — portal id has not received yet

I had requested for portal id on 12-10-10 but i have not received it. Please send it as soon as possible so that i can check the usage of BSNL Broadband.

BSNL — BSNL Bills & Paid Bills not updated on bsnl portal online bill payment system

Kindly attention pls. that BSNL Bills & Paid Bills were not updated till today
since July 2010 on the portal of BSNL online viewing bill & bill payment system.
Hence requested to resposible authority to take needful action as soon as the possible
to them.

Dear Sir,

I want to know the outstanding payments against my phone nos. 264261 & 264361. Since your portal is not reflecting any outstanding inspite of pending bills with me .Out of these two bills, one is payable today it self kindly revert back as to how i can pay these out standing bills today it self, Saving surcharge for delayed payments do to the non acceptance by BSNL, through net banking .

BSNL — unable to see my past generated bills in customer care portal

My phone no is[protected], A/c no- [protected]. I am unable to see my past generated bills in customer care portal , On Clicking the Account Number, error is coming [The applet field with name "s_3_2_10_0" doesn't exist(SBL-UIF-00289].Please rectify it.

The landline bill details in your selfcare.edc.bsnl.com is not available in my broad band connection no.[protected].

BSNL — Online payment facility for landline

I have a bsnl landline connection with number 2360192.
I have been viewing and paying the bills online regularly till august 2011. However the site is functioning properly since last fifteen days.In fact there are many people complaing about this.
When will BSNL realise the importance of maintaining the services properly?

I have registered for online payment of land line bills in BSNL portal. But I have not received authentication code to my mobile no.[protected] till the time of lodging this complaint.
My land line no.[protected]. Pl. arrange to send the authentication code immediately to avoid delay in making online payments.
