Broadband Internet issue

We are using BSNL broad band. Most of the times DNS of BSNL Hyderabad fails to resolve the names of most famous site like google, yahoo and also their own site. It works with IP addresses but not with url. I request BSNL Hyderabad broad band administrators to configure their DNS server properly with help of professional consultants rather than depending on in house experts.

To place this complaint also their site is not getting...

ABOUT NOT RECIEVING E- RECHARGE

Do Not Call Complaints

I had registered with do not make call last year itself and yet I continue to receive unwanted and unsolicited sms on my mobile. I had also made a complaint under DNC and my complaint number is [protected]. Most times these sms come in the middle of the afternoon while I am sleeping and sometimes even after 10 at night. I have two land lines and have kept my mobile strictly for emergencies so that my family can call me.I do NOT wish anyone...

non refund of deposit paid for Broadband after disconnection of broadband

Dear Sir,

I found sheer careless with the accounts staff working in BSNL office, Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore.

I have evidence for this also.

I disconnected my BSNL broadband due to this reason on July 30th, 2008. After sumitting the rental modem, I was charged for modem. I personally had to go to the office with the modem submission receipt and gave to the person in the same department on August...

I have are Prepaid BSNL Haryana number [protected] with Balance Rs. 80 and validity upto 20-Dec-2009. I am under roaming and unable to make any calls. From past 10-12 days I am trying to call the customer care of Haryana([protected]), but of no use. I have raised multiple complaints, first complaint number L[protected] and second L[protected]. I wish someone looks into this and gets this issue resolved....

Caller Tune and CRBT

Without my instance I have been forced with a caller tune to my cell phone no.[protected] which I am not interested. I am fearing I may be deducted the caller tune fee from my cell phone balance. I shall be greatful if the same disabled immediately.

missing DSL

I have BSNL broadband connection. I got a problem from the first very day that there is loss of DSL in the modem and due to which bb disconnects frequently. I complained to the local exchange many a times but all in vain. what shoul i do now please help me...

DEACTIVATION OF ACT 2 FACILITY FOR THE NO. 9421805706

I activated ACT 2 facility 0n 15.10.2008 but I have send the message on 1.12.2008 to deactivate ACT 2 facility but bsnl not response for the message and they charge Rs.2 / per day after that I lunched the complaints on dated 20.12.2008 the docket no is 2767753 but the did not response and the deduction of Rs 2/ again continue I launched the complaint on 23.12.2008 and the docket no is 2774100 and at the same time I sms for the deactivation...

not working properly phone and B.B

My phone no.[protected] is not working properly from last one months. I have complaint so many time to local officer but nobody responding me & bsnl complaint center ignore my all complaints computerized complaint system is totaly useless.I have broadband connection too and I am facing many problems due to this. No one is responding so please give me any positive response for this.
problem is– I am hearing noise and disturbing...

slow speed of broadband

I am a user of bsnl broadband service known as Dataone. I am having commercial Plan ul 3300 in which the company provide 2mbps surfing/ downloading speed. I am only able to get around 300 as surfing speed an 10 KBPS download speed. i m not Abel to compete with my competitors who having tata Internet connection only 750/-pm . my is 3700 p.m & same speed pls help as soon as possible...

I had taken a connection of BSNL EXCEL PREPAID SUMO PACK on 20th dec 08 from bangalore jhalahalli branch.My mobile no is [protected]. From that day not a SINGLE STD CALL IS COMING from BSNL Network. For that i had given a complain on 21th dec and complaint no is 181380. Every day customer care people says that this is my site problem and it will rectifie within 24 hours. and some time they says that your problem was rectified but still now...

Recharge Problem

Respected Sir,

I S.Veerabadraiah and my mobile no :[protected] and it belongs to Exel Ananth Prepaid Service of BSNL..
I recharged my mobile on[protected] with Rs.225/- TopUp BSNL card within grace period only. but i afride when i saw the Message that which will expire on 1-1-2009.but it should give me the service up to[protected]. so please see that the service should exends upto[protected]..
