[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — Disconnection of Landline

My land phone no :[protected] is not working since last 25 days and BSNL is not ready to correct it inspite of many complaints to them over call.

Further, I have applied for connection with the name "Mohd Salauddin mohd Saleemuddin" but they have registered it with name in reverse order.Regarding which I have given written Complaint 2 Month Ago but still they have not corrected it and when i am calling then they are asking me to once again vist to there office and give written complaints once again.My question to then is how many time they want to have written complaint and what about the first complaint which ia have given 2 months ago.Is it a joke to visit their office during working hours.

Again, unlike to other service provider BSNL is not providing any email address for complaints on their bills, they have some toll free no.s which they they never lift or most of time are busy.

I have never seen such a worst kind of service.

myself savitri sahni have a landline bsnl connection with you with no.[protected]. in-spite of regular notifications and complains that our phone line and connection has been removed due to demolition of our house you are regularly sendly us monthly bills which is really very irritating and upsetting.

BSNL - please note that the Broadband connection keeps dropping off abruptly and also it never gets connected on the first attempt. this complaint has been made lots of times and your service personnel has come and seen it and suggested that the modem should be changed if the issue persists. Issue still remains and there is no change in the Modem. please note that its extremely irritating to do this entertainment of getting the broadband to start working in its own sweet time and keep dropping on its own. please accord priority for this complaint immediately. a formal complaint has been made in the chennai BSNL website as well.

I am not using my land phone till 2010, still BSNL sent me a bill of Rs. 275, My mother is only at home, and she is using a mobile phone, she reported several times to the BSNL people, they told her that they will discontinue the connection. But still they send the bill. She is not in a position to go and complain to BSNL office. She made a call several times but no body attained the phone, The BSNL people can check that no incoming or outgoing number is in the list of my land line number.
So please kindly disconnect my land line and inform me.

My Name is Ashok Kumar Khound of Guwahati and I have a landphone with BB of BSNL bearing the No.[protected]. All the bills werepaid on due date. Bill for January paid in frebruary 24th within the due date and the february bill also paid on 22nd February11. But my phone and BB has been disconnected from last four days. When I call from outside I heard the voice messege " This Telephone No. Temporarily out of service. Following receipt nos are given for your kind information and necessary action.

I paid my land line bill 3 weeks ago still its not connected i still get msg to contact AOTR when i call up customer service department no body knows anything worst customer service kindly contact me on [protected] if this is not resolved i will cancel my land line
