[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — Disconnection of Landline

Lets see what happens

Inspite of several reminders to disconnect my landline[protected] the instruction has not been carrried out This one is the fourth to do so, hence please disconnect the number

I have BSNL telephone and broadband connection. My telephone number is[protected]. Around 10 days back, I have give disconnection request after taking NOC and handing over the telephone. But disconnection is yet to happen. I request you to kindly disconnect my telephone and broadband.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I want to disconnect my landline with phone number [protected] and internet connection, as I am not getting the proper service and had to pay bill every month without proper service.The telephone line is out of order always/ since one month and I had to pay every month bill wihout using. I registered complaint to customar care of BSNL, but my internet connection is not restored so far. So kindly disconnect my landline and internet connection immediately and inform me accordingly.

i have serached frantically to find the procedure for "DISCONNECTION OF MY BSNL LANDLINE No.[protected]" but could not find. What is this system of BSNL ?

I have superannuated from NTPC Ltd. Noida on 30th April, 2012 and retention of the landline is valid / permitted upto Aug. 2012. I would request the concerned official to treat this as my application for disconnection of my above phone which is installed at C-621, Ushma Urja Apaprtments, Sector-62, Noida, w.e.f 31st Aug.2012. I would request BSNL to send me SMS on my mobile no. indicated below as to what amount i am to deposit till 31st Aug. 2012 on the usage.

My Land Line is not working for past five months and i am facing this problem from at the time of installation.
many complaint launch personally to the JE and through net at time of payment nothing happen.

I WOULD LIKE TO DISCONNECT MY TELEPHONE PERMANENTLY.due to my father expired because the tele phone is in my father name so that's why i am going to disconnect, but last week dated on 19/08/2013 when i went to bsnl office and submitted my disconnecting papers with my father death certificate they were not accepted, they are asking unnecessary documents, so for future telephone bills i am not responsibility my father will pay and our telephone also recovered in my nearest NRK puram tele office there JTO also accepted and signed after that asking more unnecessary questions so from my side everything was cleared with paper, but why they were not accepted that is their problem anything else contact me [protected]

Note:After 19/08/2013 for any bills we are not responsibility BSNL staffs only responsible for that

22/12/2013 to rectify the problems in our phone. In this connection your
department given Ref: our Complaint No Docket Number Is :-WBL/CO/2013/1041. So for no body take any action to
rectify the phone problems this type of problems accursed so many times
your department not looking for the problems in this way we have not
ready to pay the bill for the problem telephone.

Rs 30 deducted by provider

Rs 30 rupees deducted on[protected] at 17.15 hrs without any reason. Massage sent by him "Rs30 for 30 min music and if deactivate call given no.." While nothing will be initiate by me. call customer care but issue was not solved.
