[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — phone is dead

my landline phone number[protected] is lying oftenly dead.

sir our phone is completely dead since 1 month and telephone number is[protected]

My phone number[protected] is out of order since last five days,on lodging complaints so many times,still the complaint is not attended. I am a doctor,so the urgency can be assessed. I request to have a kind attention to my complaint.

LAST TIME WITH SAD STORIES OF MY LAND LINE PHONE[protected] I WANT TO ATTRACT THE VISION OF HIGHER AUTHORITIES OF BSNL "ONE OF REPUTED SERVICE PROVIDER IN COMMUNICATION SECTOR"
MY PHONE NO IS[protected] IN THE NAME OF CHANDRASHEKHAR PANDEY VILL CHAKBELWA ,PO-KHARUWANVA AMBEDKAR NAGAR,AS GRAMIN PCO HAS BEEN DEAD SINCE NEARLY 18 MONTHS ,
I HAVE DONE COMPLAINT BEFORE 6 MONTHS ,AFTER COMPLAINT FOR ONE DAY IT HAS WORKED BUT AFTER THAT I DO CONTACT NEAR BY OFFICIAL BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE

ALSO I HAVE CONTACTED WITH HIGHER OFFICIAL OF LUCKNOW CGMT UP EAST IN LUCKNOW ,HE WAS PROMISING TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM ,BUT THERE IS NO ANY ACT SHOW

ONE THING I ALSO WANT TO SHOW THAT WE(OUR FAMILY HAVE 9 MOBILES PHONE WHICH ARE WORKING WITH BSNL NETWORK.WE HAVE GOOD FAITH BUT AT PRESENT IT SHOW
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE ABOUT ITSELF
PLEASE RESOLVE MY PROBLEM SO THAT WE CAN TALK WITH LANDLINE WHICH IS DEAD SINCE 18 MONTHS.

i am a bank officer ,my brother are also in govt service we have not much time
and in village there are many problems in light due to mobiles can not work properly
in this condition please you can assess the importance of landline phone in village

(B) Date:[protected] your officer as evening 5PM on no. 2386454 and he suggested to contact on Mr. Dobariya's mobile no. [protected] immediately i rang that no. but it was not attended and receive the tape answer of non attending your call.

Up till now my phone is dead. We are having Export business and our whole business is depending on phone. So kindly repair it and obliged.

i am disagree with the kind of services provided by you this is 4th time during last 10 days i am making complaint to you for my bsnl landline no. 2750132 address d-20-a kusum vihar, jagatpura, jaipur (rajasthan) line man repairs it twice but there is more than 6 or 7 joints in the wire which they are not changing from since 1 year today i contact to the near bsnl customer care i met to mr. dharmpal meena whose response was not positive as i told him about the situation he told me to register a complaint through the 198 and i requested him to accept the written complaint for change the wire but he said we will not change the wire but will solve it but making one another knot in the wire and he didnt accept my complaint and i also contact to mr. agrawal, g.m. of bsnl jaipur he was also not at his office this is my request to you please get my wire change and resolve my query as soon as possible.

I am shylaja uthaman not at all satisfied with your service because if one week the phone works well for next two to three weeks it will be dead we are facing this problem from so many months, so it will be our duty to go in and out in KR PURAM telephone exchange asking the line man to come and check, and because of this same problem 2 to 3 people near by our area they disconnected their connection by applying in exchange, and i even tried booking in your computer toll free number but it was of no use no action been taken so far..so please take a action against it

I would like to bring to your kind notice my bsnl landline no[protected] from the below address is not working from 14-4-10 till date. we have complained many times Singh pur Exchange bsnl office till now it is not working. The people who work their does not responding to our complaints. This office is just 4 kms away from my home if they are not looking in to our problem then what will be the fate of long residing customers. we are working people, leaving our work, daily we are going to that office and registering the complaint. we have got internet connection on 14-4-10 from that day our landline is not working

Note: This is not the first time this always happens once in a month but we are regularly paying the rent even though the landline is not working.

Kindly look in to the matter as soon as possible.

My phone connection number is[protected] . My phone 90% of the time the phone is out of order every week i have to file 2 ro 3 complaints then the hone os fine for a day or 2 then again the same cycle .



Still my phone is out of order and I am help less .what to do and how to proceed the matter to get a better service

Sir/Madam,
i've requested regarding cable fault in mulayam nagar (Patel Nagar Exchange, Lucknow). i'm regularly complaining about this from last one month but there is no response from your department. i've complaint you too on 12th of May, and today is 16th May. but there is no action taken from your side too.
can you please inform us when this fault will be resolved & our nos will be restored. all the telephones of Harihar Nagar which are connected from Patel Nagar exchange, not working from last one months. if you can not do anything regarding this matter, than please let we discontinue the services from BSNL. because we really fed up with the poor services of BSNL.

i like to inform you that there is a cable cut on two places from last one month (approx) at Mulayam nagar (Patel Nagar Exchange). we have lodged complaints no of times to SDO Mr Bairagi ([protected]). who responded very rudely. he told me that he can not do anything " aap ko jo karna ho ker lo main kuch nahi ker sakta". than i informed Mr. Ashok Kumar (DGM) Mob-[protected]. he told me that he will take action for cable cut & all the nos will restore very soon. but its past over 10 days. till now there is no response or work from BSNL people. i hope this will not happen this time. & you will take some action for restoring our nos.
