I HAVE TAKEN NEW BSNL POWER PACK CONNECTION ON DECEMBER 2008. MY NUMBER IS +91-[protected]., MADHUSUDAN HEDA RAJAHMUNDRY (A.P) EAST GODAVARI DIST., I HAVE GIVEN MANY COMPLAINTS TO CUSTOMER CARE & ALSO AT BSNL OFFICE WHICH IS AT FORT GATE. RAJAHMUNDRY. I recharged with 130 for converting into POWERPACK from GENERAL.T
he customer care has been given wrong information. Even i did not get talk time.While asking about my problem they did not give any related information.
