Am Manesh p thomas using vodafone for last 5 years, .while am using hutch in Bangalore they maintain an good service as they allow customers to talk to customer care exicutive now in kerala am using vodafone i cant understand what hapen to vodafone network, after i take this connection i talk only 4 or 7 times to customer care exicutive, now time to time vodafone sending me all messages such as background music activation and all, but did not allow to talk to an exicutive to tell connection problems,
already i lost 30 rupees for BGM activation 55111 the number vodafone inform me to call so as i can select back ground music but when ever i try to call reply is number is invalid . my number is [protected].

Hi, My number [protected] was used last by me on May 26th 2009 as i came down to U.S. I am back but cannot activate my number and the remaining balance is 800Rs. I checked up the customer care in kochi and they told me that my line is activated. Please do the needful as early as possible. I have a pre-paid number.

I just regret to say you regarding Vodafone Service not a My expectation, also not a basic standard. Your re charge card distributor is not resposibilty person also not a helpful person.
Right now I coming to the point. I just 20/RS re charge card bought from nearest My home shop. unfortunatley this card I cant re charge proper way on my mobile. may be techinic fault. Informed shoper. He said he dont have any resposibilty. his atitude was a disaster. I was very upset with him. he didnt to try to help me. where I should complaint this kind of the problem. I called the your customer care tel, 111. they are also not helpful. they dont have also resposibilty,
Please tell me who is resposibilty if like that problems.
Hope you can understand me. also expecting you make a solution for how you will deal like that problems

i'm an engineering professional based Calicut. i'm using Vodafone same SIM card in last five years. Nowadays Vodafone customer care became very bad. Executives with lack of manner, un aothorised private calls and technical failure among service calls. I'm planning to change my connection to another network.
