[Resolved]  Canara Bank — fund transfer through NEFT

I have trannsfered Rs.6500/ on 04/06/2008 from ICICI BANK MADHAPUR BRANCH IN HYDERABAD to a/c No.AC[protected] name N.Brahmaramba AT AHEMAD NAGAR BRANCH IN HYDERABAD OF CANARA BANK


BUT TILL TILL DATE AMOUNT IS NOT CREDITED TO ACCOUNT.
ON COMPLAINT TO ICICI BANK THEY INFORMED THAT the said funds has been successfully transferred from ICICI side on June 04, 2008 with the reference number 64189699 to Canara bank through NEFT.
NOW I REQUEST YOU TO ENQUIRE WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THIS AMOUNTS.

Re Application about not received cash through SBI ATM at Saharsa in Bihar on 29th March 2009

Myself Sheoji Chaturvedi, I am a A/c holder in ur bank, My A/c No is 8953 & branch name is Sarita Vihar, H- block, New Delhi- 76, I complaint earlier in your bank about not receiving money through SBI ATM at Saharsa in Bihar. I am repiting it once for your kind pesual. the application was given below--

Transanction Error in ATM Transaction on dated 29th March 09
I am an ATM customer of Canara Bank of Sarita Bihar branch, new delhi with ATM Card No. [protected] and account No. 8953. recently I m in bihar at Saharsa for last 5 months & using ATM here for money transaction from SBI ATM, one day I went to SBI ATM which is located near Saharsa court for cash withdraw on 29th march-09. When I operated fcash withdrawel transaction to withdraw Rs. 15000/-, system processed for a minute and display an error i.e. unable to processed with silence mode. I have not received cash & only got transaction slip. it was showing sorry unable to processed.
Later, I went to another SBI ATM which is very close to previous ATM Saharsa, when I withdrawl 15000/-& got transaction slip it was showing that 30000 has withdrawl, but for ur kind attention here at Saharsa I can only withdrawl 15000/- in a day before April, so I received only 15000/- on that day & another 15000/- which were not received by me. It was system’s error. Just I called to customer care of SBI, he replied me for applying to account holder Bank
Here by you are requested that please check it and credit Rs.15000/- in favour of my account & let me know if any quarries.

actually, I want some information . I am from saharsa, bihar...I have (100)sq ft land for opening canara bank in saharsa, It in very near to police head quarter, ganjala chowk, railway crossing . plz give some information about this.

I am repiting it once for your kind pesual. the application was given below--

I am an ATM customer of Canara Bank of Ganesh nagar branch, new delhi with ATM Card No. [protected] and account No. 20076. recently I used your ATM at INDUSIND ATM B-1 Block janak puri for money transaction, for cash withdrawl on 29th june-09 and 17th june 09. When I operated cash withdrawel transaction to withdraw Rs. 2000/- each on both the days, system processed for a minute and display an error i.e. unable to processed with silence mode. I have not received cash & only got transaction slip. it was showing sorry unable to processed.
Later, I went to another ATM which is very close to previous ATM, when I withdrawl 2000/-& got transaction slip the balance was less . Then i gone to the bank and completed my pass book but for ur kind attention the withdrawl from INDUSIND ATM which showed Unable to process was also deducted.
So I received only 2000/- on that day & another 2000/- which were not received by me. It was system’s error.
Here by you are requested that please check it and reemburse Rs.2000/- in favour of my account, slip of INDUSIND ATM submitted to canara bank on same date on 29th june 09, the day i gotcha know of these unusual deductions.

As I am a Senior Citizen a Pensioner, i cant afford these types of withdrawls.

Please do needful.

There are some directions by RBI, in Navbharat Times of 18 july 2009, in which they have given directions to penalise the concerned bank if they fail to reimburse the money within 12 days, xerox of the advertisment had been given to the bank.
