[Resolved]  Castrol Bike Zone — Frenchisee Complaint (S.S.Motor, Faridabad)

Hi,

The Frenchisee of Castrol Bike Zone doesnt care at all about their customers & also they are not worried about the brand image of CASTROL.

By their act they are spoiling the name of CASTROL & customers are also loosing the trust on the brand name, because o[censored]nsatisfactory services & performance. Frenchisee always claims that they use all genuine spare parts, but if you really check their stores & the spare parts, most of them are locally procured & charged at very high prices in comparison to the original prices of those spare parts. Customer always go to Bike Zone by trusing on the name of CASTROL & think that he will get genuine spare parts & good service. But in actual customer is being kept in dark, it is only frenchisee who has the rule on their bike zone. CASTROL has no control over their FRENCHISEE. Frenchisee used to have more profit by either ways hook or crook, for which they charge very hafty amount from their customers.

Castrol have to have control over these frenchisee, who rules to customers in the name of CASTROL.

Need the strong intervention of CASTROL to their service centres.
