[Resolved] Castrol Bike Zone — Suzuki Samurai | |
Dear Sir/Madam I have given my bike Suzuki Samurai TN 09 m 6747 for servicing for the first time on 28/03/2009 with nugumbakkam bike zone promising the delivery on Monday 30/03/2009 by the person who picked up from my residence and through phone he told he will be doing the gold service costing Rs.350 plus the pick up charged of Rs.60 after that i never received any call on Monday, 2/4/2009 thursday i received a call they told me the bike is ready for delivery with a charge of Rs.1000 plus and the bike will make extra noise coz of water inside the engine... I was shocked and asked for explanation they did not respond satisfactorly, Finally i denied the delivery coz i requested for the mail ID to lodge a complaint on 3/4/2009 Friday, for which i got it by calling the [protected] call center number on 06/04/2009. I totally agree with you. I too had given my bike for service at choolaimedu castrol bike zone. Before servicing it has only 1 or 2 problems. It seems I have paid 3000/- just to invite more troubles for my bike.
After servicing the bike emitting more smoke, when asked he told 2 strokes bike emit this much of smoke. When I told I have another bike of Yamaha made then he telling its different. He then serviced it once and reduced the smoke level. But still not acceptable.
Now after the servicing hell lot of problems started. These people are cheating. they have service charge for each and every thing. I really can't understand.
I am taken promise that I ll never recommend any of my friends the castrol bike zone. I got my Yamaha bike from a local mechanic and that too at such a low cost. Its running like a charm. Now its 6 months and still now I didn't face any problem.
Hope the castrol bike zone people is looking at all these and will take some action. Please stop looting the customers. They come with lot of faith.

Castrol Bike zone at subhash Nagar West Delhi. they are providing very bad type of service & charge very huges amount I will never ever come again at castrol bize zone at any branch.
They are very stupid people they are charge very high amount, not chage engine oil in service and charge for power 1 Rs @ 375 /-.

I have given my bike CBZ Extrem DL 3S BA 9865 for servicing for the first time on 22/03/2009 with CASTROL BIKE ZONE, NEAR PVR NAYARANA, NEW DELHI . After servicing there is a problem with timing chain, there is a leekage of GAS KIT and disk break is not properly wirking... What they hav done with my my bike i don't no... but all of yuur technical workers are rubbish.What i will do just tell me.
I hav invested approx 2500 rupees for that servecing... my cell no is [protected].
