That i have credited Rs.301/- for gprs pack of BSNL through the Axis Bank located at Bhanjanagar in the state of Odisha on 05.07.2013 and the said amount is credited through internet banking to the billdesk of CCAVENUE.COM (vide reference no. ICONN/78072891/050713/CCANENUE.COM/CHARGE) and I observed that the transcation was successful. I have recharged through Mobikwik.com (vide reference no. [protected] of mobikwik.com) but to my surprise still gprs have been activated in my mobile No. +91 [protected]. I request you to direct these companies either to refund my money or to provide gprs pack immdiately to my mobile set as due their unnecessary delay I have bearing loss as due to internet facility in my phone money is debited from my main balance and I suffering a lot for this reason.
