If any body gets call from company called chain-sys please please don't join them. They say they will provide training on oracle but one of the worst company with intention of back stabbing and cheating they are best in the business above all they are known for there Liers. There biggest revenue they earn from there students and employees

Enusure people don't lose your money on training,or even job with them.

I received a call from chain-sys and they ask me to pay an amount of Rs. 50, 000 for 2 months of training in Oracle ERP. Is it worth to pay
For fatser career growth in oracle apps chainsys is the right choice.
We can trust Chainsys as its a pioneer in oracle apps consulting.
It has got a great presence in Oracle.
I totally disagree on ur views of chainsys as a cheater and lier.
I completed ICWA recently and i received Interview mail from Chain Sys.Can any one please advice me whether this company is good to work?Will i get career development if i work there?
ya they are best culprits and frauds.. I got selected in all of their assessments and got selected as apps dba trainee but mekalai MD of chain-sys was famous for her fruitful verbal commitment..she asked me for long term commitment for about 10 yrs to join as Oracle EBS consultant...
i denied the role of play in chain-sys..

Friends my honest suggestion is not to join this company...it hasnt got great environment, they will suck your energy and make you nothing in the end...their compensation can be better matched with door-keeper package...
I too accept the above, since I am working there for a couple of months. every month there is some problem payroll and they will not give proper salary. 'Salary' is the bad word in their terminology.
This is correct ...I was working for this company for about 2 years. They made a huge profit out of this training and finally the consultants have gone out with tears and nothing to take with them.

Ms.Mekalai - MD would speak in such a manner that anyone would get cheated so easily. It is unfortunate that no one cares about this fraud company.

It is shame that I was there as HR for 2 years...Never join and dont waste your career.

I know every HR employee who is been employed in Chain Sys and by HR do you mean Recruitment? well in that case I know them too ..

I can honestly say so because I've been and you been not.. and in the last couple of years, if you would count the number of Oracle consultants who been trained and deployed in projects, I would rate that Chain Sys has done a commendable job compared to other companies. All right, it has its share of IT back stabbing and yes salary issues, but when did they not pay you.. they have already come through and paid you.. they might have delayed the salary a little but its not as if they kept you waiting and never paid !

Get a life "pathrose" whoever you are and if you are who i think you to be .. then its better you left than having you around. :)

Past 6year am working in chainsys .this is tha small organisation so some problem will come. but this is the good learning place dont consider other comments .even pathrose also says some thing dont consider that because am also worked with pathrose .he is a lier his behavier is wrost that why company terminated that person ( Girls week ness ).So Mekalai warned but he will not accepted .dont ask any one decision is your .my point of view this is a good learrning place .
Everybody knows Pathrose was running behind every female in the company. Though chainsys is only after money, It is great place to step into Oracle Applications career.
Mekalai talks talks and talks and promises, promises and promises, But i advice you guys go there... get your career, justified your work... get out...
Pathrose we all know you also talk, talk and talk... but you are Mekalai's bigger grandpa in talking and You talk only to females... and Males too...when you want money...
ya..I completely agree, chain-sys is a good company in making out our career but when we get some good opportunities outside, , , they turned bad. We have to leave the company without getting any papers...boz they HR policy are very old. Still they are giving onsite allowance of 7k, three months notice period or full 3 month salary and 2 lac bond.

Yes, I agree that chain-sys is a lier company. Let me speak strictly based on the facts and laws.
First let me define the company. Chain sys is a Oracle Platinum partner company. It provides oracle e-business suite solutions to clients. It also outsource their employees to other companies and bill the other companies based on the months they outsourced their employees.

Let me explain you how this company cheats and how it effects the employees and clients.

For employees:-
When you get selected in chain sys they will make you bond for 2 years. The bond will say that
1) They are incurring a lot of cost to provide you training, hence, if you break the bond and leave the company then you have to pay 2.5 lacks.
2) During the training period you will not get any stipend or salary. Stipend will start once you finish the training and salary will start once you become a billable resource to the company. The contract will not say at what date the company will start paying the salary nor it will mention the start date of stipend also.

Now, the fact is that company does not have enough infrastructures and does not have any proper server, often the employees have to get trained in solution beacon only. They dont have a single trainer in that company, what all they do is they just put a person as a trainer who just returned from a project and he too has to get ready for a next project. As the matter of fact, they dont have professional trainer who can train you properly and you have to work in solution beacon often which is a remote server and it is very very slow.

Now, lawfully speaking, any company who puts a contract with the employees for giving training, then cost mentioned in the contract has to match the actual worthiness of the training.

Now the fact is the company does not have infrastructure, people have to work in remote server like solution beacon, dont have a trainer also then the agreement becomes void against the company.

Second is, as I mentioned earlier, that an employee has to become a billable resource to get the salary. As I told about the training part the training will lead you for atleast 4 months, thereafter stipend will start. Thereafter a person should start attending the interviews for the other companies like hexawer, hcl, top 4 audit firm etc., to become a billable resource. Now the thing is chain sys will hype your resume and will mention as you have more than three years of experience in this field and they will ask as you to say the same thing to the interviewers also. Now, even if a person clears the interview and gets selected into the other company then if they come to know the truth, the other company will immediately sack your job. If have you completed the project also then you can not go to the same company after two years because as you have already told them that you have 3 years of experience. It is a lie.

Company who takes the interview for hiring chain sys employees will ask for candidates having at least 2 years of full implementation exp. Now, the fact is an employee who has just trained for 4 months without getting proper training will never get selected, hence, an employee has to wait for at least 6 months to get his salary.

For clients:-

Clients generally go for chain sys only for one reason because it bid the praise lower than the other companies like wipro, accenture etc., As per their service is concerned, the candidates to whom chain sys sends for the projects mostly will not have more than 6 months of training also. Even, it sends employees as a project manager who doesn’t have more than 6 months of experience in oracle ebs. Well, in this list you will find employees who are from engineering background, departed by the company for financial consultation. These so candidates will not know much about service tax, vat, other taxes rules their impact in financial reporting. Hence, while doing setup, they take a long time to finish. As per oracle is concerned, Oracle delivers the setup as per the requirement within 14 days. The procedure for setting up oracle ebs is first of all in the initial stage of project itself the consultant should get all the requirements like accounting codes, report details and other requirements from the clients and even the consultants should have strong business procedure knowledge so that he can ask the right question to understand the business and to do setup. First of all the consultant should get all the materiality needed to do the setup and meanwhile should suggest the users about the changes also. The fact is asking the right questions, getting the answers should be finished within 6 business days. Well, after that the consultant should complete the project within a period of 14 days. As per my knowledge, no company provides except oracle matches with the deadline. Companies like wipro, accenture generally do that in a span of 3 months while the same is done by chain sys in a span of more than 9 months, sometimes 1 year also.
The employees deported by chain sys will always blame the employees of client’s company for the delay.

Well for the employees, what I will suggest is as per law “ An agreement is enforceable by law only when both the party’s considerations are satisfied. Here, for company, whatever job have been told by the employer is consideration. For employees, salary and benefit offered by the company is consideration.” Now, even if a company is providing training and an employee spending time in learning subjected to be paid by the company, because no company is provides training for the better prospect of employee in future down the line two years, it only provides training so that the employee should do the job allotted to him. Hence, it becomes immaterial to say that the employee didn’t get into project so that we cannot pay the salary. By just signing a bond it does not give full rights to the company to do whatever they want to do with the employees and there plenty of case studies are there supporting this.

For clients, if you want to hire service provider, plz keep an interview first with them and ask them indebt questions about taxes, business procedures because the logic is a person who even cannot understand the business procedure and does not have sound knowledge in taxes, how he can do automatic setups in any erp. Worst managers in other department of chain-sys. No matured approach, poor communication :-) (you can feel fun while you talking with them) and worst attitude which you cannot see in any other organization. Organization cannot be grown as it has poor leading peoples. The right person can only identify the right person. Very poor and old HR policies. Working for 2 years is fine if you can adopt and manage. Person who has less confidence only retaining in chain-sys now.

Cheating in consulting + Worst skilled Managers in Product teams (Technical and Communication skills) + Frustrated employees + bad infrastructure + received as worst management from clients = Chain-Sys
I have passed through their screening and about to receive offer before they came up with mutual agreement to accept more than 3 year period of bond, bond breach would cost you dearly 2 Lacks, about salary first year settlement per month was 7k and nothing after was mentioned.

Those who play support hand for chain-sys here please define do chain-sys have got any ISO stamp, CMMI or PCMII global standard stamp..Anyone can gain oracle platinum status if you run your business show for long time with oracle.
Find a good, reputated, standard company for your overall growing career. Please dont lose your path and life here with chain-sys. I dont work here but my friends are suffering in their hands. Where-ever you work learning comes only if you dig by yourself but providing you good salary, environment comfortness, bond-free comes with good organisations.

Dont make anyone to fall prey for chain-sys. Look for company who respect you and dont be school kid where some one like chain-sys will provide you hard-core training leaving you to suffer with no salary and no respect.. Please check their website and observe their management portfolio they arent from well qualified top B-schools and they will never change their attitude..
