I WISH TO INTORM YOU THAT I HAVE PURCHASED A YUWA CAR. WB -02Y-8457 REGISTERED ON[protected].

I HAVE TAKEN THE DELIVERY OF THE CAR IN THE MONTH ON OCTOBER, 2007 AND PAID A SUM OF RS.175000.00 BY CHECK AND RS.270000.00 LOAND TO BE PAID BY HDFC BANK, KOLKATA BRANCH.

ON INTRUCTIONS FROM M/S DULICHAND MOTORS VERBALI I HAVE PAID MY CHICK RS.175000.00 TO PRIYAM MOTORS SALES PVT. LTD. KOLKATA. THE RELATION BETWEEN DULICHAND AND PRIYAM MOTORS IS NOT KNOWN BY ME. THE INVOICE AND OTHER PAPERS HAS BEEN RAISED BY M/S DULICHAND MOTORS PVT.LTD. KOLKATA.

NOW I HAVE COME TO KNOW AT THAT TIME IN THE MONTH OF OF OCTOBER, 2007 THE COMPANY WERE GIVEN THE REBATE IN THE SHAPE OF INSURANCE PREMIUM IN THEIR CARS. WHICH HAS NOT BEEN RECCIEVED BY ME. ITS NOT A MATTER OF INSRANCE PREMIUM IT MEANS THAT YOUR DEALER IS CHEATING ME.

Prasanta Marik, owner of Priyam Motors is a fraudulent person. He promised to buy my old zen for 70K and adjust the same amount to the new i20 sportz i booked through him frombengal hyundai. sell letter signed and given to him by me on 15th march. today 4th april payed only 38K to BH. rest 32 not paid ... absconding ... and I am stuck as did not get car fromBH inspite paying entire 5.58 lac to BH in various mode.
