[Resolved]  CIBIL — defaulter classification

I fully agree with V Metha and we will stand to gather to fight with cibil or bank who are giving all these wrong statements.

Yes, the bank people send loan defaulter report to cibil periodicaly, but same bank doesn't report to cibil about payment received from the customer,

this process puts most o[censored]s in trouble, the customer will have some financial issue their might be chances of getting defaulted once or twice (the bank should understand the customer doesn't have fund that's the reason he/ she took loan from the bank).

if customer is non payer for longer period, i agree bank can send report to cibil, not for all defaultes.

Yes, its very riduculous from CIBIL, even i am also facing the same issue.

SBI Credit Card — showing me as defaulter in cibil report

my name is niraj kathalkar my sbi credit card no is/was[protected].i had cancelled the credit card about 1 year efore n still it is showing in my cibil report as written off.i am so much harrased by this sbi credit card that i cant even write the whole story of harassement.can this web site do anything for this.i am unable to get any loan because of that.i am going to suee this sbiii

SBI credit card — totally unnecessarily made me defaulter n spoiled my cibil report

my sbi credit card no is/was [protected] i have cancelled this card 2 years before but still they havent removed my name from the defaulter list .i mean i am not defaulter by anyanyany way but still this 10th class sbi credit card has ruined my civil report.i mean the r such hope less that ufff no words how to explain n .....i had made a complaint abt them on this site before also but still they didnt clear my civil.my mobile no is [protected] n my name is niraj kathalkar.i am unable to get any loan because of them(for no i mean for no mistake of mines)

I was paid the loan of (citi financial consumer finance india ltd) Loan Account No is 8923139 and bank was issued a letter regarding the loan stands comlete, the agreement signed by you stands null and void.on[protected].

I have applied for a car loan. When I asked bank about the status of the sanction process they said amounts are written off with CIBIL.

Kindly resolve the matter urgently.

City Bank-Credit Card — Cibil Query

I have applied credit card number ref no:[protected].but they told me there is negative cibil response . So because of that we are unable to issue credit card. Control no:[protected]. So please provide the reason why cibil response was negative?

I have applied for Credit report from CIBIL and its been more than 68 days i have not received any Credit report or call from them. It is very urgent for me.

your are not only one who has faced this type of attitudes from bank. there are plenty of people who have suffered due to banks negative attitude of the banks. I have taken loan from icici bank . loan is settled . i do not own a single penny of the bank. I have No objection certificate from the bank. still my name appears in cibil list . so better is avoid the loan . do all your jobs without loan. you will be happy in the long run

THE OFFICERS ARE ENJOYING WITH PUBLIC MONEY AND PUTTING PUBLIC IN THE WORST SITUATION, I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT THE OFFICERS ARE DOING EVERY DAY COMING TO OFFICE, THEIR JOB IS ONLY TO LOOK INTO THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS, WHEN THEY DO NOT ATTEND TO ANY CUSTOMERS COMPLAINTS WHAT WORK WILL THEY HAVE BETTER???????????????????????????????, BSNL IS PROMPTING IN SENDING THE SMS FOR PAYMENT FOR THE DEAD PHONE AND DEAD BROADBAND, BSNL SHOULD NOT THINK THAT THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE AND FOOL TO KEEP MAKING PAYMENT FOR THEIR JUNK SERVICE AND FOR NON WORKING SYSTEM , I THINK ALL THE CONSUMERS OF BSNL SHOULD FILE THE SUIT AGAINST BSNL AND DRAG THEM TO THE COURT ONLY THIS WAY WE CAN MAKE THESE GUYS TO WORK.
