[Resolved] CIBIL — Wrong information on CIBIL Report of Rs. 5 lacs

In Cibil Report it shows Rs 5 lac of Business loan, while appling personal loan for me, i m salaried & not eligible for Rs 5 lacs loan, Somebody may drawn Rs 5 lacs of Business loan against my name as a co -applicant, or wrong informatin updated on my name, When i ask cibil to provide details of main applicant of loan they are asking for Control Number where u get information from applied personal loan-bank, bank r not ready to provide me control number, aft so many mails to bank & cibil i get frstad, what should i do??????? i don't have information of that rs 5 lacs loan, i need personal loan now... but CIBIL is not ready to provide details of that loan which i don't know... After Defaulting of that loan, Will co -applicant respnble to pay the loan, , what will be RBI Role or help to me, , before defaulting loan.?????? will Police complnt help????? visit forum.cro4india.org and login your complaint there as well as they are also in Credit Policy and might be able to help you out...the reson that I am refering to this is cause I know someone who got helped through this organisation.

Even i am being harassed by Citi Financial. Inspite of submitting cancellation request for personal loan. they had deposited money without my knowledge in my bank which i came to know after 3 months. Till that time already 3 EMI's where cleared and then i stopped paying EMI and closed my bank account.

I have done final settlement after paying principal amount to them just 5 days back.

I am also facing problem of CIBIL in my car loan. Can anyone suggest procedure or action on filing a complaints against CIBIL for mentioned problem. i have good backup of documents of legal notice and others sent to Citi Financial.

How do i improve my credit and get my car loan approved.

In my Cibil Report it shows some personal were taken and part of the amount got 'written off' but so far i have not taken any personal loan and not sure how this has been raised in my name. if someone could help how to approach cibil and get it corrected would be more helpful
