I am using Citi Bank Card for many years and have never failed in making payments.

The details of last payment made are given above. I am very sorry to inform you that I never received any intimation from my bank regarding return of above cheques due to any reason what so ever, but your people are calling and saying that cheques have been returned by the Bank, which I feel is done intentionally by your bank and I know this is the policy of bank to harass clients by charging wrong interests and charges. Every month inspite of regular payment, you are charging interest for late payment.

I never asked for any insurance policies via from Bank and inspite of informing your tele-callers, amounts are being charged in my account.

I am a busy person and not possible to attend any calls during my office hours, inspite of that your people keep on disturbing me.

First cancel the insurance amounts charged in my name which I never asked for and same amount should be returned to me, second may I ask you to return my cheques which have been intentionally either not presented to bank for the sake of charging interest, third sent me the total bill amount so that I can close this account as I donot want to continue with your bank anymore.

Copy of this letter is being forwarded to RBI and Consumer Forum.

I was using a credit card being given by CITI Bank. my card no. was [protected] I used this card for a few months and paid all dues in time. During the period i received a bill with 12th as due date & on 11th i dropped my cheque in the bank but in the next bill i found late payment charges of Rs300. I called up their customer care to file a complaint but they could not help me out. then i thought of surrendering the card. I paid the entire due amount of last bill except that Rs 300/- late charges and stopped using the card. Now that Rs 300 amount has gone up to Rs 4500/- and i m regularling getting calls from citibank Ph. no. [protected].
Even they have started threatening my family by calling at landline no. also.
Although its a small amount but without any justification i cannot make this payment.
Pls. help me out in this
I am Using a citi bank credit card card([protected]). Unfortunately i was taken a 70000 Loan against my card, requested by citi bank and making a lots of call, i am giving regularly payment of purchase amount and EMI amount. when i have paid minmum amount (EMI+minmum amount of purchase) regularly. But citi bank charging 3 % on overall amount which i paid as the part of EMI, which Interest rate was decided at the time of booking of loan. then how can citi bank charge again 3% on Emi amount.

i have taken a citibank card before 2yrs.now my card has been misuse by someone.i complaint to cbi on the spot and they accused the victim within 15days.i gave them no. of cbi officer but they are not contacting them and harrasing me for payment .they are charging me 47000 what should i do now.pl.help me.

I used to have a shopper's stop branded Citi bank credit card. I had made a few purchases on it. and was always regular in paying my bills. But my father fell really sick and all the finances were drawn to his medication and hospitalization. I knew i will not be able to pay the credit card bills, and thus i called and wrote to citi bank about my problem, asking them for 4 months. They agreed on the time and said that i should start paying from october 2008.
My father passed away in between, leading to more financial stress on the family. I did not receive any statements or alerts from the bank in the mean while.
But after 4 months a statement arrived. The outstanding was at 93, 000 approx, while the actual balance was 35, 000 approx.
I called them and mailed them vigorously. I have those mails where i was promised an answer and solution about the mix up. But all those conversation lay incomplete from the bank's side.
One day a barrage of calls started happening. It was not unusual as the bank collection people usually woke up every six months and did this, only to not answer my query.
I told them everything (again), and send them the mails.
But this time, instead of mailing back, they started calling everyone else. I dont know how, but they called my land lord (who thought i have taken a card on his name, and asked us to leave the house), my wife, my sister and 4 of my colleagues. It was very embarrassing, so i had the card settled.
But i still get email alerts, mobile messages and statements every month. On calling, they say that they will look into it, but this just goes on and on.
I have no clue how to deal with this, and what to do. Besides this, my name has been posted to the CIBIL's defaulters list. So i can not get any loans if i want anymore.

([protected]) we don’t have any idea about that credit card but now she is expired on 27 feb-2009 my self provide her death certificate around 20-22time citi bank branch fort & lower pare as well as bank employee also meet at parel station & take form me (abini lad) that death certificate Xerox copy after that he promises me will never ever call u family & u about your sister(aditi lad) payment.
I am abini still studying in F.Y.S.C in SNDT College in churchget & staying also in college hostel m working part time job in one of Privet Company as a data entry job there I get only 2400/- in month so I can’t pay that amount at all my daddy also retired parson when aditi expired after that my mom dad both shifted in my native place because we three people depend on my sister only! & second thing wherever we was staying first in Kohinoor com. In Dadar there now staying Mr.bhoja he complaint agents your bank recovery boy because they told that recovery guy here not staying lad family after that also they visiting again & again that’s way he complain in bhoiwada police station that guy name I think subhash & his no.[protected]. your citi bank fort branch manager only told me once customer expired bank don’t have any authority to ask for payment & visit customer place but now she is no more we trying to forget her but your bank people not understanding are problem. My dad is hart patient.
So last my humble request is that please don’t visit again & again that dadar add because that Bhoja family very upset on my family whatever problem have to discus u can call on [protected] on Sunday 9.00am to 3.00pm because I m studding & in my classes cell not allow i[censored] want to contact me send me mail also on this same id.

Dear Sir,

Citi bank sent a false bill dated 2010 February 21, to my address, claiming Rs. 64.50 towards “previous balance/ purchases/service taxes” etc. against a non existing and fictitious Citi Bank Credit Card No.[protected] which is neither applied for nor renewed by me and thus causing wastage of my valuable time as well as unnecessary harassment to me and compelling me to write this letter.

Dear Sir,

They have disregarded my letter dated 2010 February 28.

Moreover they have SENT AGAIN ANOTHER STATEMENT of card account dated March 21, 2010, to my address, showing “Zero amount due” against a CLOSED Citi Bank Credit Card No.[protected] which was not wanted by me and thereby coercing me to accept this card account.
This is unfair and against the law of land. I am compelled to bring it to your kind notice the following charges against them:
1. Falsification of fact.
2. Coercion and harassment to a gentleman.
3. Wasting my valuable time.

CITI FINANCE BANK — HARSHMENT BY BANK WITHOUT ANY REASON

This is complaint against citi finance bank.they giving loan to someone name Jasprit Singh & again & again call me on my no.& say me provide the mobile no of those unknown man. I don’t know about jasprit Singh & his no. From his Gorgon Branch some one man tell his name Amit shah & no. from is calling is:[protected].He is also using bad luggage for me.

Kindly if some one know for stop this calls pls provide me pone no or mail address.
