[Resolved] CITIfinancial India — ECS bounce charges | |
Dear Sir/Madam, Please note there are no dues pending on the account no. 5766719 (TVS Scooty pep) I am regulary getting calls from CF side to pay around 6500 Rs remaining for cheque bounce charges; please note there was problem with ECS payments with IDBI bank and several times i had spoken with CF associates and Manager to close my ECS and made it cash @ Indore Branch and already have handed over my bank statement showing sufficient balances on the cheque dates. Based on the same inconsistencies i use to pay cash and i got the assurance from bank officials that there will be no cheque bounce charges as it was bank problem and if you will pay cash. citifinancial India — Non refund of last EMI as per scheme
i had availed citifinance loan for 2 wheeler in apr'05. the procecedure was done through sai service,bajaj, at borivili(east).Although i got delivery of vehicle, yet i am still to get any documentation/proof of the said loan. i was told that i would receive a courier detailing the agreement for the loan as well as a statement of emi's etc. so far i have absolutely no documents whatsoever.
i require detailed statements of the said loan and agreement copy for tax purposes, and also for my record.
please issue the same to me at earliest
